Inconsistencies in reports about his death, combined with its timing vis-à-vis the Russia Hoax, have made it easy to believe that this was no mere street crime.  What's been most suspicious is the FBI's desperate efforts to keep secret information about its investigation into Rich's death, and it's the FBI's conduct that is the subject of this post.

Judge Rules Contents of Seth Rich Laptop Must Be Released.  If you know the background context, the latest developments in the Seth Rich laptop legal battle could be extremely interesting.  However, despite a very favorable court ruling, I caution against too much optimism — the stakes in this ancillary story to the targeting of President Donald Trump are extremely high.  The bottom line of the latest development is that a judge has given the DOJ 14 days to turn over the contents of the laptop belonging to former DNC staffer Seth Rich.  There are multiple points of information that point toward Seth Rich having downloaded the DNC email files and shared them with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange.  Seth Rich was killed shortly thereafter in what DC claims was a "botched robbery."  The reason this story is important will be highlighted below in granular detail.  However, within the Time Magazine article about the judge's ruling the closing statement summarizes the position of the DEEPEST elements of the DC Deep State.

Seth Rich's Laptop to Be Turned Over by FBI, Judge Rules.  A judge has ordered the FBI to turn over the laptop of murdered Democrat staffer Seth Rich.  Texas Judge Amos L. Mazzant ordered "a timeline for the disclosure of information on Seth Rich's personal laptop, Seth Rich's work laptop, the DVD and tape drive within 14 days following issuance of this Memorandum of Opinion and Order" on Wednesday morning.  Rich, who worked for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), was killed on July 10, 2016, while making his way home from a night out in Washington, D.C. The 27-year-old was speaking to his girlfriend on the phone when shots were heard.

Beware Clinton's Deprogram Program.  Hillary Clinton recently branded Trump supporters "cult extremists" and proclaimed that "at some point, you know, maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members."  To disregard this announcement would be a serious mistake, and there's a back story here.  In 2016, Hillary Clinton proclaimed that Donald Trump would be a "puppet" for Vladimir Putin.  "You continue to get help from him," Clinton said, "because he has a very clear favorite in this race."  As the CNN report noted, "Trump didn't accept the conclusion that Russia was responsible for the hacks," a reference to the emails posted on Wikileaks, exposing Clinton's capers.  A likely suspect was Seth Rich, a digital campaigner with the Democratic National Committee.  On July 10, 2016, the 27-year-old Rich was gunned down in Washington DC.  Police called it a street robbery gone wrong, but the shooters did not take Rich's wallet, watch or phone.  Weeks after the murder, as the BBC reported, "Wikileaks published 20,000 emails obtained from Democratic National Committee computers via an anonymous source."  Clinton charged that the Russians were responsible, and the hoax endured through the Trump administration.  In 2020, the same "intelligence community" claimed that Hunter Biden's laptop was "Russian disinformation."  That same year, the FBI admitted possession of Seth Rich's computer.  In 2022, when a federal judge ordered the FBI to hand over information from the laptop, the FBI sought to delay the release for 66 years, a proxy for "never."

Who is Seth Rich?  Who Murdered Him?  And What's The Deep State Hiding?  Seth Rich, a DNC staffer, was murdered on July 10, 2016. The DC Metro Police attributed his death to a botched robbery.  That's tragic but straightforward.  Why, then, is the FBI refusing to release the information from Rich's laptop?  Perhaps it's because Rich is the key to understanding the Russian collusion narrative that the Democrats and Deep State used to such savage effect against Trump, up to and including the 2020 campaign, when operatives lied about Hunter Biden's laptop.  Anyone questioning the official narrative was immediately labeled a conspiracy theorist and canceled. [...] Given that Russian collusion was a lie, who did hack the DNC server?  Was it Seth Rich, a DNC software developer?  Jack Cashill wrote the best summary of the circumstances surrounding Rich's murder.  Based on secondhand statements, Cashill reports that Rich was the leak's source.  After several contentious civil suits or visits by the Men in Black, these sources went silent.  Troublesome questions were left unanswered.  Rich had a motive.  Rich was a supporter of Bernie Sanders.  Rich surely knew that Clinton and the DNC were sandbagging Bernie Sanders as they are now doing with RFK Jr.  Rich had physical access to the DNC server, so he could have copied the files to a thumb drive and then physically handed it to Wikileaks.

It's All About Obama.  [In] her Tore Says podcast last Monday, former CIA contractor Tore Maras claimed that the FBI and DOJ knew everything there was to know about Joe and every crime that he committed, because they were all about keeping tabs and protecting Obama, so that they could alter evidence in order to ensure that only Biden would go down — and not Obama — and she says, "Your GOP is working with them!"  What she says here reminds me VERY MUCH of the claims of Patrick Byrne and of former US Senate candidate for Maryland, Jon McGreevey and it gives us a glimpse at how compromise is leveraged and engineered by the Deep State:  They have the ability to alter official documents and they are apparently constantly doing so!  McGreevey said that the murdered DNC employee, Seth Rich had unknowingly stumbled onto such a scheme when he downloaded data from the DNC server. [...] McGreevey said that Rosenstein feared the DNC email breach would reveal what his office had been doing, so he hired his crooked DEA and ATF operatives (not MS-13, as has often been claimed) to murder Seth Rich and to take his thumb drive containing the DNC server data that they knew, from spying on him, that he always carried on his person.

What Was CrowdStrike Doing With Seth Rich's Laptop?  "New Seth Rich documents, fresh off the grill!" attorney Ty Clevenger tweeted Friday night.  "FBI filed a new motion about CrowdStrike records.  I've only given it a cursory review, but we have at least one bombshell."  Clevenger, a self-described, "Ex-cop, ex-journalist, disgruntled lawyer, muckraking blogger, and cheerful optimist," was not exaggerating.  The revelation that the Democrat-friendly cyber security firm CrowdStrike was the second party in possession of the laptop owned by the murdered DNC data analyst Seth Rich is a bombshell indeed. [...] The major media chose to take little notice of any of this.  But then again why should a reputable journalist waste his or her time on the unsolved murder of a 27-year-old DNC data analyst on the streets of Washington just days before a major DNC leak?  So what if the culprits left behind Rich's wallet, jewelry, and cellphone?  So what if Assange suggested Rich was his source for the Wikileaks DNC dump?  So what if former DNC chair Donna Brazile dedicated her book "Hacks" to Rich?  There was no politically useful angle in any of this.  Better to just accept the "botched robbery" scenario floated by the D.C. Metropolitan Police and get back to the Russia collusion beat.  For several years now, Clevenger has been hounding the FBI to get at the truth behind Rich's murder.

Why Is The FBI Hiding Seth Rich's Two Laptops?  Officially, the DNC staffer Seth Rich was murdered in a bungled burglary on July 10th, 2016.  The problem with this story is that the FBI has been forced to admit recently that it has not only a copy of Seth Rich's home laptop, but also his work laptop.  Attorney Ty Clevenger has been responsible for discovering these facts — using FOIA requests.  [Tweet]  Why would the FBI have Seth Rich's two computers — unless Seth Rich was involved in the DNC email leak?  [Tweet]  The latest update on this bombshell story arrived on December 9th, when the FBI provided a new 8-page memo to Ty Clevenger.  The FBI admits to having both Seth Rich's personal laptop and his work laptop.  It also claims that the work laptop should not be subject to any FOIA requests because the FBI "collected it from a non-government third party."  The FBI also admits that "an outside entity" made "an image of the work laptop."  The agency does not want to turn over any records regarding the work laptop, of course.

FBI Reveals It Has More Information on Deceased DNC Staffer Seth Rich.  The FBI not only has possession of a laptop computer owned by slain Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich, but a report detailing forensic imaging of what's being described as Rich's work computer, the bureau revealed in a new filing.  The FBI's records office located the report while searching for the work computer, Michael Seidel, chief of the office, said in a sworn declaration filed with a federal court in Texas on Dec. 9.  He described the document as "a three (3) page forensic report detailing the actions performed by an outside entity to image the work laptop."  The report was among four documents that had never been disclosed by the FBI in relation to Rich's case.

FBI Should Have 14 Days, Not 66 Years, to Produce Seth Rich Information: Lawyer.  The FBI should only have 14 days, not 66 years, to produce information from Seth Rich's laptop computer, a lawyer argued in a new court filing.  After a U.S. judge ordered the FBI to produce the information, the bureau said that it should not be required to hand it over because of exemptions to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  And if the bureau still had to produce the information, government lawyers said it should have 66 years because it needs to review the information and redact certain information.  Ty Clevenger, the attorney representing Brian Huddleston, the Texas man who sued the FBI over the information, disagreed.  He told the judge in the new filing that the FBI failed to brief on the exemptions it is now claiming following the judge rejecting an attempt to shield the information because of privacy concerns for Rich's relatives.  That failure means the FBI cannot now rely on the exemptions, Clevenger said.

What's Behind the Seth Rich Coverup?  Seth Rich was a DNC staffer who was mysteriously murdered on July 10, 2016, in Washington, D.C. after having been shot twice in the back.  None of the valuable items in his possession seem to have been stolen.  That would seem to rule out robbery.  He had no known enemies and the murder occurred early in the morning (4:20 a.m.) in a safe neighborhood of the city.  No one was ever arrested or prosecuted for the crime.  There were no known witnesses to the murder.  Nor to my knowledge were any suspects ever named.  Local law enforcement nevertheless suggested his murder was part of a botched robbery.  Six days after the murder, Wikileaks published over 19,000 emails and 8,000 attachments from the DNC files.  In November of that year, they published over 8,000 more emails from the files.  The emails showed that party officials favored Clinton over rival Bernie Sanders.  Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, long embroiled in a lengthy effort to avoid extradition to the U.S. from the U.K., has refused steadfastly to name the source of this material but has hinted on Dutch television that it was Seth Rich.  He has repeatedly said the Russian government was not the source.  Persons familiar with such things have examined the rate of data transmission, inter alia, and concluded the DNC system was not hacked by outsiders.  Instead, they contend that the files were copied to a storage device like a thumb drive and transmitted to Assange's Wikileaks.

After denying they had it, why is the FBI now trying to hide info about Seth Rich shooting from the public for 66 years?  On July 10, 2016, Seth Rich, 27, a Democratic Party aide was shot twice in the back in Washington, D.C., eventually succumbing to his wounds.  In over six years since that murder, more questions than answers remain.  And now, the FBI, amid numerous questions about the integrity of the agency, has asked a judge to seal evidence from the probe for 66 years, according to Slay News.  Bizarre?  Clearly.  Even more odd, the former "greatest investigatory agency in the world" has previously claimed the evidence they are seeking to hide... er suppress... doesn't even exist, with the outlet reporting the FBI has failed to hand over evidence in the case despite a court order mandating the agency do so.

FBI Ignores Court Order To Hand Over Evidence About Seth Rich.  The FBI is ignoring a court order directing the bureau to hand over records relating to murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich's laptop.  This week, the Biden administration asked for more time to respond to U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant's September 22, 2022 order telling the FBI to release the evidence.  The bureau is also withholding three reports produced by CrowdStrike in 2016 regarding the alleged hack of the DNC servers.  Lawflog.com reports: First the laptop.  The FBI wants two more weeks so it can prepare a motion for reconsideration.  As a courtesy, we have not objected to the request.  According to the government's motion, "the FBI is uncertain how to comply with the Court's order as written, and the FBI is seeking input from a pending appellate consultation regarding the order to properly address this issue."

The Seth Rich Case: The FBI's Other Laptop Scandal.  In the way of brief summary, the 27-year-old Rich was beaten and then shot by unknown assailants on a Washington, D.C. street in the early morning hours of July 10, 2016.  His attackers appear to have taken nothing — not his wallet, not his phone, not his watch.  Rich's laptop was in his apartment not far from the scene of his murder.  For six years, its fate has remained a mystery.  In less than two weeks, however, thanks to a recent federal court decision, the FBI will be compelled to share its secrets, presuming there are any secrets and presuming too those secrets have not been scrubbed. [...] A half-century or so ago, journalists would have been all over a story so rich in political intrigue.  Not in 2016.  Despite the stakes — or perhaps because of them — no major publication or network except for Fox News has even attempted to solve the still unsolved murder.  The media quickly settled on a "botched robbery" scenario and scolded those who dug deeper.  Fox News tried, and its execs rather wish they hadn't.  Fox got sued into submission by Rich's parents.  In fact, just about every independent investigator that took up this case has been sued or cancelled or dismissed as a conspiracy theorist.

Federal judge orders FBI to release contents of Seth Rich's laptop.  The murder of DNC employee Seth Rich on July 10, 2016, has long aroused wariness on the part of people who suspected that he was the leaker of emails highly embarrassing to the Democrats, especially since Wikileaks founder Julian Assange suggested that a DNC insider was the source of the emails published by Wikileaks.  Rich's death was officially labeled by police the result of a failed robbery — nothing was stolen from him — and suspicions that anything more than robbery was involved in his death have been labeled "conspiracy theories."  Rich's family has successfully sued and received apologies and settlements from several parties, including Fox News, for allegations about his death.  But the behavior of the FBI has continued to raise suspicions.  ABC News reported in 2017, "FBI is not involved in Seth Rich case despite 'conspiracy theories,' officials say", but subsequent FOIA lawsuits by Brian Huddleston, represented by attorney Ty Clevenger, have revealed this to be fake news.  Clevenger was even at first told by the FBI that it didn't have any information on Rich, but his FOIA lawsuit proved that incorrect.

Court orders production of Seth Rich laptop.  Today, a federal judge ordered the FBI to "produce the information it possesses related to Seth Rich's laptop."  [Legal form as illustration]  This case involves a multi-year fight by attorney Ty Clevenger to obtain records relating to the FBI/DOJ investigation of Seth Rich, particularly whether Rich was involved in the hack of the DNC or had communicated with Wikileaks.  This fight dates back to 2017 and includes two FOIA lawsuit.  In the first lawsuit, the FBI produced no responsive documents.  The parties knew the FBI had something, and so this sparked a second lawsuit — where the FBI somehow found 20,000 pages of potentially responsive documents.

Use RICO to get to the bottom of Seth Rich's Murder.  The murder of Seth Rich has been a topic of conspiracy theorists since the 2016 election.  Rich was a young programmer working for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in D.C.  Rich supported Berne [sic] Sanders.  The DNC was sandbagging Berne [sic] Sanders in favor of Hillary Clinton.  Unknown Assailants shot and killed Rich in July 2016.  The robbers took nothing.  Despite no theft, the DC Metro Police attributed this murder to a random street robbery gone wrong. [...] The FBI disavowed any knowledge of Rich's murder.  The FBI later admitted it had files on the murder after much teeth pulling by Judicial Watch and attorney Ty Clevenger.  More importantly, the FBI admitted it had Rich's laptop.  Why?  What is the FBI hiding?  Shades of the FBI deep-sixing Hunter Biden's hard drives and now Rich's laptop?  The Rich family initially believed Seth Rich and his brother, Arron, were involved with the emails.  The Rich family made an abrupt 180 shortly after FOX News began to cover this story.

Who Really Killed Seth Rich?  Who is Seth Rich, and why was he murdered?  Many media outlets ignored this unsolved murder in D.C. in July 2016. Those who wrote about this suspicious death were dismissed as conspiracy theorists. [...] With last week's testimony of Robby Mook (Clinton Campaign Chair) at the Michael Sussmann trial, Hillary Clinton is toast whether Sussmann is convicted or not.  The Russian Collusion narrative now should be dead and buried.  Real Clear Politics has an excellent summary of the collusion and conspiracy of the players now exposed, including the Clinton campaign that perpetuated the Russian Collusion narrative.  With this new information and the demise of the Russian Collusion narrative, it's time for a new look at the untimely death of Seth Rich.  If the Russians did not hack the DNC server, who did?  There was damaging information to the Clinton campaign in this alleged hack.  Julian Assange did have information that he later published.  However, Assange continues to say it was not the Russians that gave him the data.

How the Left Is Proving the DNC Was Not Hacked by Russia.  The murder of Democratic National Committee employee Seth Rich in July 2016 set off a frenzy of speculation, all related to the claim from Hillary Clinton's presidential election campaign that WikiLeaks' release of thousands of DNC emails was the result of Russian hacking.  Unfortunately for the political Left, its handling of Rich's murder over the years has kept its mysteries alive, such that they become ripe for reexamination.  Here is some background:  Rich, a 27-year-old DNC staffer, was murdered in the early morning hours of July 10, 2016, shot twice in the back.  The police quickly wrote off the killing as a bungled robbery.  On July 22, 2016, a large cache of purloined DNC emails was published by Julian Assange's WikiLeaks, embarrassing to the Clinton campaign because they showed the DNC had rigged the nomination in favor of Hillary and against Bernie Sanders, darling of the Progressive Left.  Defection of Sanders voters, she knew, could cost her the election.  To divert attention, the Clinton Campaign immediately blamed the release on Russian "hacking," while connecting it to Donald Trump's weakening of a Republican platform plank against Russian aggression in Ukraine.

FBI Seth Rich Documents:  Emails Suggest Assassination Discussions.  The Stasi FBI released thousands of pages of documents today on murdered DNC operative Seth Rich.  This was after they denied for years they had nothing on the case.  It later was revealed that not only did they have thousands of pages of documents[.]

FBI memo:  DNC staffer Seth Rich was 'very drunk' when shot, unable to help police before dying.  Newly declassified FBI documents reveal that murdered Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich was "very drunk" when he was shot by an unknown assailant and was unable to give police any useful information before he died.  Rich was murdered in Washington, D.C. in 2016.  His death spawned a number of conspiracy theories, including that he was killed in connection to scandals within the Democratic party, though no evidence has emerged to substantiate those claims.  Neither a motive for the killing nor a perpetrator have been determined.  The new FBI investigatory documents, meanwhile, state that Rich was heavily intoxicated at the time of his murder, a detail alluded to in some reports but confirmed by the declassified documents.

New Documents Released in Seth Rich Case Lead to More Questions Like "Who Took Seth Rich's Personal Laptop Home with Them After the Murder?".  On Friday the attorneys requesting information on Seth Rich received more information on the murder of former DNC employee Seth Rich.  This comes after years of requests from attorneys and delays from the FBI and other connected US bodies.  For years the FBI claimed they had no information on Seth Rich, but then in December 2020 the FBI admitted they had documents and his laptop:  [Tweet]  In January, the FBI said it never looked at Seth Rich's laptop.  Why would they not look at it?  Is this something we can believe after years of delays by the FBI?

Following court order, FBI uses classic Friday document dump to release heavily redacted files on the death of Seth Rich.  As I wrote elsewhere today, "As a rule, people who fight public disclosure tend to have something to hide."  I should add that when they conceal material even after being forced by a court order to disclose it, there's even more reason to believe that there is something they are hiding.  The July 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich has drawn our attention for years, and been the subject of litigation and efforts to suppress inquiry.  But finally, after denying it had anything on the case, the FBI has been compelled via an FOIA lawsuit to disclose its records, and did release some in a Friday document dump, after heavily redacting them.  But what made little it through the concealment via redaction still raises more questions.

FBI Releases Documents on Investigation Into Death of Democrat National Committee Worker Seth Rich.  [Scroll down]  [Brian] Huddleston sued the FBI after it told him it would take 8 to 10 months in June 2020 to respond to his Freedom of Information Act request.  Huddleston asked the FBI to produce all data, documents, records, or communications that reference Seth Rich or his brother, Aaron Rich.  A federal judge earlier this year ordered the FBI to produce documents concerning Rich by April 23.  The FBI identified 576 relevant documents but only produced 68 of them to Huddleston.  The FBI has declined to speak about the lawsuit.  Attorneys for Rich's parents did not respond to requests for comment.  [Attorney Ty] Clevenger said he found concerning how the government apparently does not know whether anything was deleted from Rich's personal laptop.  The documents were largely redacted but the information that did get through "shows that their whole narrative is falling apart," he added.  "It's a step in the right direction."

Durham Won't Preserve Seth Rich Evidence Under Order To Be Destroyed, Says Attorney.  Lawyers investigating the link between Seth Rich and the "Russia collusion" origins have not received any assistance from the Justice Department after learning they must destroy their evidence by April 28.  Attorney Ty Clevenger, who's been investigating Seth Rich's connection to the FBI's "Russia collusion" probe for years, urged Special Counsel John Durham in a letter to "take steps to secure the evidence."  "Yesterday I learned that the evidence is due to be destroyed not later than April 28, 2021 pursuant to a protective order," Clevenger wrote to Durham.  "I urge you again to take steps to secure the evidence and prevent its destruction, in no small part because I believe the public has a right to know what it reveals.  I cannot discuss the exact nature of the evidence, however, because of the restrictions in the protective order."

Seth Rich:  Evidence of DNC staffer's murder being buried by Durham.  Attorney Ty Clevenger asked Attorney John Durham to protect evidence in the murder of Seth Rich, age 27, in the summer of 2016.  The killing was categorized as a "robbery" despite none of the man's personal belongings including his wallet, cell phone, keys, watch, or an expensive necklace he wore, was stolen.  Rich was speaking to his girlfriend when he was killed.  At the time, his mother, Mary Rich saying:  "There had been a struggle.  His hands were bruised, his knees are bruised, his face is bruised, and yet he had two shots to his back, and yet they never took anything," she said. [...] The murder was caught on videotape from a nearby grocery store, showing that Rich was shot in the back.  He later died hours after the shooting in the hospital.  Anything Rich may have said after the shooting has been suppressed by the DC Police.

Fox News Insisted Seth Rich Settlement Stay Secret Until After Presidential Election.  Fox News' settlement with the parents of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich came with one very unique provision:  The deal had to stay secret until after the presidential election.  According to New York Times columnist Ben Smith, Fox News agreed to pay the multimillion-dollar settlement to Rich's family only if the cable news network wouldn't be required to apologize for lying about Rich's murder, and only if the deal was not disclosed until after the Nov. 3 election.  The lawsuit from Joel and Mary Rich came after Fox News propelled the conspiracy theory that Seth Rich — a 27-year-old DNC employee who was murdered in July 2016 — was assassinated after he sent internal DNC emails to Wikileaks.

FBI Has Files From Laptop of Slain DNC Staffer Seth Rich.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has files from the laptop computer belonging to Seth Rich, a Democratic National Committee (DNC) employee who was killed in 2016, according to a new email.  The bureau also has tens of thousands of documents mentioning Rich.  The FBI "has completed the initial search identifying approximately 50 cross-reference serials, with attachments totaling over 20,000 pages, in which Seth Rich is mentioned," Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrea Parker wrote in the message to attorney Ty Clevenger, who is representing a plaintiff in Huddleston v.  Federal Bureau of Investigation, a case dealing with a Freedom of Information Act request to the bureau.  "FBI has also located leads that indicate additional potential records that require further searching," Parker added.

Judicial Watch Sues FBI for Seth Rich Records.  I know many Americans remain concerned about the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.  We know that the Seth Rich controversy came up in Peter Strzok-Lisa Page emails we just uncovered.  In a heavily redacted August 10, 2016, email exchange, Strzok sends Page a forwarded message from unidentified agents from the FBI's Washington Field Office (WFO) discussing Rich.

[...] The more I've reviewed the Seth Rich case, the more I'm convinced of its central role in the whole Russian Collusion Hoax.  I believe DNC officials knew that the emails would become public as the result of an internal leak, and they knew that the emails would be very damaging, so they attempted to turn the tables by pointing fingers at Donald Trump and the Russians.

Lawsuit Claims Julian Assange Confirmed DNC Emails Received From Seth Rich — Not a Russian Hack.  A rather stunning report from Gateway Pundit outlines information contained within a lawsuit filing.  The lawsuit, filed by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleges Wikileaks founder Julian Assange confirmed to Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner that the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron.  The details contained within the lawsuit filing are stunning.  If this information is true and accurate, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack — based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike — would be entirely false.  Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.

The Mueller Report Raises New Questions About The Seth Rich Murder Case.  Democrats maintain that Russian intelligence hacked the DNC's computers in 2016.  When DNC officials began to notice anomalies, they called in private contractor, Crowdstrike.  The DNC then announced that their computers had been hacked by the Russians.  Oddly, they refused to allow even the FBI to examine their servers.  The FBI and everyone else just had to accept that.  Conspiracy theorists like Roger Stone, Jerome Corsi, and others question the DNC's version of events.  Frankly, I do too.  There are many unanswered questions.  Why wouldn't the DNC allow the FBI access to their computers?  If Rich's killers had set out to rob him, why did they not take his wallet or his watch?  Why would we trust anything the DNC has to say?

Crowdstrike Payments Coincide With Deaths Of Seth Rich, Shawn Lucas.  In their report, America First Media Group illustrates that the first payments from the DNC to Crowdstrike were made on May 5th, 2016.  They show that the next payment to Crowdstrike, totaling $98,849.84, took place on July 11th.  Their report specifically stated that:  "The relationship to this date happens to be the day after DNC Data Director of New Voter Registration Seth Rich was murdered."  The report further indicates:  "The final payment to date is August 3rd, 2016.  This coincides with another murder in the District of Columbia.  Shawn Lucas, who died on August 2nd of last year, was the DNC Process Server and close friend of Seth Rich."  That Lucas and Rich were friends is an extremely important and noteworthy detail, and may provide some connection between their deaths which has not previously been considered.  If true it provides significant potential context for their deaths and the political furor surrounding both men.

Seth Rich Family's Lawsuit Against Fox News Dismissed.  A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought against Fox News by the parents of slain Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, finding that the suit did not meet the legal requirements to proceed.  Joel and Mary Rich sued the network in March, accusing it of fabricating a story that accused their son of conspiring with WikiLeaks.  The suit alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress, interference with a contract, and negligent supervision.  In his ruling on Thursday [8/2/2018], Judge George Daniels found that the complaint failed to satisfy the elements required under federal law.

Judge dismisses lawsuit against Fox News filed by parents of Seth Rich.  A federal judge on Thursday [8/2/2018] dismissed in its entirety a case filed by the parents of slain Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich against Fox News, one of the network's reporters, and a Texas businessman.  Judge George B. Daniels of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York wrote in his opinion that he had granted Fox News' motion to dismiss the lawsuit over the plaintiffs' "failure to state a claim."

Kim DotCom:  I Was Warned Not to Turn Over Seth Rich Evidence to Mueller.  In late May 2017 internet entrepreneur Kim DotCom claimed to have evidence that former DNC worker Seth Rich was involved in the leaked emails released by WikiLeaks.  Kim DotCom shared that he was willing to come to the US and give testimony if it is required.  Then Kim DotCom's lawyers sent a letter to Robert Mueller saying he would come testify in the US and would provide evidence to the Investigation.  Kim DotCom later said trusting Mueller was a mistake and that the special counsel was out to destroy President Trump.

Former Marine Arrested:  Tried to Kill Backer of Seth Rich Murder Investigation.  A former Marine, Kevin Doherty, was charged Monday with Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and two counts of Malicious Wounding in an attack on a Republican lobbyist who had been investigating the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.  That near-fatal attack happened on March 13 in Arlington, Virginia.  The lobbyist, Jack Burkman, was meeting a person he believed was an FBI whistleblower in another investigation into the bureau's handling of both the Clinton e-mail and Russian collusion investigations.  He was shot twice, run over by an SUV, and left for dead last Tuesday.  Doherty, who Burkman says nearly killed him, was one of the people Burkman had hired to investigate Rich's murder.

Lobbyist says he was nearly killed by man he hired to investigate Seth Rich's death.  As conspiracy theories swirled around the murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, lobbyist Jack Burkman took the unusual step of launching his own private investigation.  A man with military and security experience stepped up to help.  Now Burkman alleges that man, Kevin Doherty, nearly killed him.  Burkman, a conservative lobbyist who has also raised money for Rick Gates, a former Trump campaign official who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, and protested gay athletes in the NFL, is used to controversy.  But Doherty's arrest Saturday by Arlington County police on charges of malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony caps a saga stranger than Burkman's own conspiracy theories.  "It's a horror story," Burkman, of Arlington, said in an interview Monday afternoon [3/19/2018].  He is still recovering after being shot several times and run over by an SUV last Tuesday.

Fox News Sued by Parents of Slain DNC Staffer Seth Rich.  The parents of slain DNC staffer Seth Rich sued Fox News on Tuesday, accusing the network of fabricating a conspiracy involving their son and Wikileaks in order to boost ratings.  Joel and Mary Rich filed suit in federal court in New York, seeking unspecified damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and other claims.  On May 16, 2017, Fox News published a story on its website asserting that Seth Rich had leaked thousands of emails to Wikileaks before he was shot and killed in July 2016.

Family of slain DNC staffer sues Fox News over retracted story.  The family of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, who was killed in 2016, has filed a lawsuit against Fox News, an investigative reporter and one of the network's frequent guests over a story about Rich and allegations that he was involved in a conspiracy, according to the lawsuit.  Rich was shot and killed in Washington, D.C., in July 2016.  Police said he was shot several times in the back and later died at a local hospital.  Rich was 27 years old and worked as a voter-expansion data director for the DNC at the time.

Insider Ed Butowsky:  Seth Rich's Father Confirmed His Son Was the Wikileaks Leaker.  Ed Butowsky, the man who offered to assist the family of Seth Rich with the cost of hiring a private investigator, has told the Gateway Pundit that during a December 2016 conversation with the father of the slain staffer he confirmed that he "knew what his sons did."  Butowsky further stated that the family was deeply concerned with their son being remembered for helping to get President Donald Trump elected.  Speaking to Butowsky by phone on Thursday evening, he told the Gateway Pundit that during a conversation with Joel Rich on December 17, 2016 at 3:17 p.m., the father stated "we know what our sons did, but we just want to find Seth's killer."  "They know — we all know," Butowksy said.

More cover-up questions.  With the clearly unethical and most likely criminal behavior of the upper management levels of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) exposed by Chairman Devin Nunes of the House Intelligence Committee, there are two complementary areas that have been conveniently swept under the rug.  The first deals with the murder of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich, and the second deals with the alleged hacking of the DNC server by Russia.  Both should be of prime interest to special counsel Robert Mueller, but do not hold your breath.  The facts that we know of in the murder of the DNC staffer, Seth Rich, was that he was gunned down blocks from his home on July 10, 2016.  Washington Metro police detectives claim that Mr. Rich was a robbery victim, which is strange since after being shot twice in the back, he was still wearing a $2,000 gold necklace and watch.  He still had his wallet, key and phone.  Clearly, he was not a victim of robbery.

Hacker Drops Seth Rich Bombshell, Could Blow Case Wide Open.  Hacker Kim Dotcom revealed proof that Seth Rich was responsible for releasing the Democratic National Committee's internal data in 2016, arguing the memory stick that was used proves it was an inside job.  Dotcom's bombshell revelation came in response to a tweet from President Donald Trump on Sunday [2/18/2018], who said he has always contended the alleged meddling in the 2016 presidential election could have come from anywhere.

Seth Rich Murdered for DNC Leak to WikiLeaks, Says Roger Stone.  In an interview with The New American magazine, legendary political operative Roger Stone expressed his belief that Democratic National Committee employee Seth Rich was murdered for political purposes — not as a robbery gone bad.  In particular, Stone said it was "abundantly clear" that Rich was murdered for having blown the whistle on the DNC by leaking explosive documents to WikiLeaks.

Former DNC Chair Donna Brazile Says She "Feared For Her Life" After Seth Rich Was Killed.  Donna Brazile is just full of surprises this week.  First, she outs the DNC and Clinton for rigging the primary against Bernie Sanders.  This sounds planned to help the DNC lurch all the way to the left into communism, a la Bolshevik Bernie.  She also nailed Debbie Wasserman Schulz and Barack Obama for financial incompetence and corruption.  Now, we learn from her recently released book, that in the aftermath of WikiLeaks deciding to publish a cache of emails stolen from the DNC's servers, she says she feared for her life after Seth Rich was murdered in a supposedly botched robbery.

Donna Brazile Has A Theory About Who Killed Seth Rich.  Former interim Democratic National Committee (DNC) head Donna Brazile worried Seth Rich was either killed for being white or by Russians. [...] Brazile repeatedly returns to the subject of being haunted by Rich's murder, even though other Democrats have pounced on anyone who suggested that the murder was anything other than a robbery gone wrong.  The DNC data staffer was killed days before Wikileaks began publishing its emails, and his valuables were not taken.  But Brazile says she had a "spook," with connections to the intelligence community, who told her after the killing that she needed protection for herself, including cameras, alarms and backup power at her house, and that she heeded his advice.

Democrats mourn the impending suicide of Donna Brazile.  Mental health care professionals note that Brazile's irrational conduct in writing the book is typical of a condition known as "Suicide by Hillary."  The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) defines "Suicide by Hillary" as 1) Knowing too much, and 2) Not keeping your d*** mouth shut about what you know.

Donna Brazile Says She Was 'Haunted' by Murder of Seth Rich, Feared for Her Life.  In another bombshell from her upcoming book, Donna Brazile says that she was haunted by the mysterious murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich, who was killed in July of 2016 purportedly during a botched robbery.  In her memoir, she describes how she became increasingly paranoid about alleged Russian interference in the election and elements within her own party.  According to the Washington Post, she said that after Rich's murder, she shut the blinds to her office window so snipers could not see her.

Democrat Teams With Republican to Solve Seth Rich Murder.  A Bernie Sanders campaign organizer and longtime Democrat joined forces with a Republican lobbyist and attorney to file a federal lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee for the release of the hacked DNC server they claim will reveal key information in solving the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.  Washington D.C.-based attorney Jack Burkman filed the suit on Tuesday [10/24/2017] in D.C. Superior Court along with the East Coast director of Black Men for Bernie, Gary Frazier.  At a press conference in front of DNC headquarters, Burkman asserted the DNC server will irrefutably prove the Democratic 2016 primary was rigged against Sanders, resolve whether Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential race and provide the "key" to solving the Rich murder mystery.

DC Police Detective Attacks Journalist on Twitter for Covering Seth Rich Case.  Detective Antoine Weston of the DC Metropolitan Police Department took to Twitter on Monday to lash out at an alternative media journalist who has been digging into the Seth Rich case.  Matt Couch of America First Media Group had tweeted that he heard from sources that Rich had marks on his wrists "consistent with handcuffs."  He also asked why the autopsy results are being blocked.

Shock Claim From Inside DNC: Seth Rich Leaked Emails To Moscow Lawyer One Month Before His Murder.  With the 'Russian hacking' conspiracy theory hanging by a gossamer thread, a new claim from a prominent Seth Rich investigator casts further doubt that the DNC servers were breached by a foreign actor - yet maintains the charge of Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election:  Seth Rich leaked the DNC emails to the same Moscow attorney who met with Trump Jr. in June 2016.  According to Radar Online, an anonymous staffer currently employed by the DNC contacted prominent attorney, GOP lobbyist, and Seth Rich investigator Jack Burkman with the claim that Rich met with Natalia Veselnitskaya one month before his murder — giving her a cache of DNC emails later released by WikiLeaks.

Report:  Evidence Shows Seth Rich Killed by Professional Killer, Not Robbers.  A bombshell report from The Profiling Project, an "independent, nonpartisan group of forensic psychology graduate students at George Washington University," suspects that former DNC staffer Seth Rich was likely killed by a professional killer.  The study looked at the unusual details behind the death of Rich on July 10, 2016... a murder which there are no suspects for yet.  The report is based on security footage from the city, as well as public records and "informal, limited interviews."  The group is funded by Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman who offered a $105,000 reward for solving the murder case.

Report On Murder Of DNC Staffer Seth Rich Speculates 'Hired Killer' May Have Done It.  A new report from a group led by Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman claims that Democratic staffer Seth Rich was likely killed by either "a hired killer or serial murderer."  The group is called the Profiling Project, and it is reportedly staffed with George Washington University graduate students who are studying forensic psychology.  It's funded by Burkman, who has offered a $105,000 reward for solving Rich's murder.

Questions Linger About Seth Rich Murder Details.  The murder of Seth Rich has brought a fresh round of condemnation from establishment figures of so called "fake news."  Mainstream press outlets have claimed without justification that there is no evidence to suspect political involvement in Rich's death despite strong indications from multiple sources, including Wikileaks, that this may have in fact been the case.  Extreme censorship in the media of the story fails to account for a botched and corruption tinted investigation by the D.C. OANN Releases Report On Seth Rich Murder, Raises Questions About Chinese Corruption.  The San Diego based One American News Network has released a new report highlighting key elements of the mystery surrounding the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.  OANN cites a number of inconsistencies and lingering questions in the case, while also noting that Rich's murder occurred in close proximity to the similarly strange death of UN official John Ashe.  Ashe was found dead just days before he was set to testify against Clinton in relation to matters pertaining to a corruption case where Chinese billionaire Charlie Trie helped launder $1.2 million dollars as part of Chinese government efforts to influence Bill Clinton's 1996 presidential election.  Ashe's death was originally reported as a heart attack, but the story changed after it emerged that the cause was in fact a crushed windpipe in what was labeled a "workout accident."

Investigator: Cops Hid Evidence, Halted Seth Rich Probe.  The head of a private investigative team in Washington, D.C., trying to solve the murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich insists that officials with the Metropolitan Police Department — in collusion with the mayor — are withholding key evidence from the public and obstructing the investigation for political purposes.  Jack Burkman, the head of the Profiling Project investigative team, said police are no longer cooperating with anyone, and he believes they've completely stopped the investigation into Rich's murder.  "The police have shut down all full operations," Burkman told WND.  "The police are not cooperating with us or anyone, which is sad.  This has become a very systematic and deliberate effort by the D.C. police and the mayor to end the Seth Rich investigation."

Seth Rich Murder:  Judicial Watch Files FOIA Requests with DC Police, Mayor's Office, FBI.  Kim Dotcom is a German-Finnish Internet entrepreneur and political party founder who resides in Auckland, New Zealand.  He claims that "I knew Seth Rich.  I know he was the @Wikileaks source.  I was involved," and promised that he would release a full statement on Rich's murder.  27-year-old Seth Rich was the disillusioned Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer, believed to have leaked thousands of damaging DNC emails to WikiLeaks, who was murdered in the early morning of last July 10, in a residential Washington, D.C. neighborhood.

Evidence Piling up That Seth Rich Leaked DNC Emails to Wikileaks.  Last weekend, two more voices spoke up claiming insider knowledge.  Kim Dotcom, a friend of Assange and founder of Megaupload, said he was involved with Rich transferring the emails to Wikileaks.  He issued a statement today describing his contact with Rich.  He said Rich contacted him using the pseudonym "Panda" (Rich loved pandas).  Rich reportedly said he wanted to start a branch of Dotcom's New Zealand Internet Party in the U.S. He was tired of "corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics."  Dotcom references an interview he gave Bloomberg in May 2015.  In it, he hinted that Wikileaks would be releasing information about Hillary Clinton and the election.

Seth Rich and 4 Others Killed within 6 weeks of each other.  Seth Rich was a 27-year-old DNC staffer and Bernie Sanders supporter.  He got wise to the shenanigans of the DNC as they worked to rob the nomination from Bernie so Hillary Clinton would get it.  Seth sent at least 20-40,000 e-mails with 13,000 attachments to WikiLeaks.  A few weeks before the election he was walking home from his girlfriend's apartment at 4 a.m. in a nice section of Washington D.C. when he was shot twice in the back and killed.  The police defined it as a botched robbery, though evidence does not seem to support it.  His wallet, expensive gold, cell phone and gold necklace were not taken.  There is supposedly a tape showing two men doing it, but it is being held by the D.C. police.  The Mainstream Media (MSM) is pushing invalidated, unsubstantiated and crazy conspiratorial stories about President Trump colluding with Russia to win last year's [2016] election.  But liberal media won't touch the story about former DNC staffer Seth Rich being gunned down in Washington DC [in 2016].

Murdered DNC Staffer Seth Rich Had Sent 44,000 Emails to Wikileaks.  Seth Rich, the Democrat National Committee staffer murdered last summer on Capitol Hill, was speaking with WikiLeaks before he died, according to new reports.  Not satisfied with the pace or direction of the D.C. police investigation, the Rich family hired private detective Rod Wheeler to seek answers.  That Rich was in touch with WikiLeaks is just one of the explosive claims Detective Wheeler has made.  The as-yet unsolved murder has been characterized as a botched robbery by D.C. police, even though evidence doesn't actually point to a robbery.

Family of slain DNC staffer Seth Rich blasts detective over report of WikiLeaks link.  [Scroll down]  The federal investigator, who requested anonymity, said 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between Democratic National Committee leaders, spanning from January 2015 through late May 2016, were transferred from [Seth] Rich to [Gavin] MacFadyen before May 21.  On July 22, just 12 days after Rich was killed, WikiLeaks published internal DNC emails that appeared to show top party officials conspired to stop Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont from becoming the party's presidential nominee.  That controversy resulted in Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigning as DNC chairperson.

They didn't finish robbing him, they just took his life."

Confirmed:  Seth Rich was Communicating with WikiLeaks.  It has now been confirmed by a private investigator that Seth Rich was communicating with WikiLeaks before he was murdered.

Family's private investigator: There is evidence Seth Rich had contact with WikiLeaks prior to death.  It has been almost a year since Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich was murdered in the nation's capital.  There have been no solid answers about why he was killed until now.  Rich was shot and killed last July in Northwest D.C and police have suggested the killing in the District's Bloomingdale neighborhood was a botched robbery.  However, online conspiracy theories have tied the murder to Rich's work at the DNC.  Just two months shy of the one-year anniversary of Rich's death, FOX 5 has learned there is new information that could prove these theorists right.

Look Who Pressured Sean Hannity To Cease His Seth Rich Coverage!  Following Sean Hannity's embarrassing buckling on coverage of the Seth Rich case, sources at Fox News told Big League Politics that he was pressured to relent by one of the Murdochs. [...] Prior to airtime, Hannity had tweeted, "huge announcement tonight about Seth Rich, Trump/Russian Collusion corrupt media, the liberal effort to silence me.  And my future at Fox!"

A Seth Rich Chronology, Part 1.  The Washington Post reports "Russian government hackers penetrated the computer network of the Democratic National Committee."  On what did the paper base this claim?  The Post cites "committee officials and security experts who responded to the breach."  These "security experts" are with CrowdStrike, a private cyber security firm hired and paid by the DNC.  While reading the following chronology, it is important to bear in mind that the FBI has never examined the DNC computer network because the DNC prohibited the FBI from doing so.  Also, that the FBI, under former Director Comey, not to mention President Obama and the "Intelligence Community," thought this was perfectly ok.

What The FBI Should Be Investigating:  The Death Of DNC Staffer Seth Rich.  In her must read May 20 article, "A Seth Rich Chronology, Part 1" [Diana] West points out that "it is important to bear in mind that the FBI has never examined the DNC computer network because the DNC prohibited the FBI from doing so.  Also, that the FBI, under former Director Comey, not to mention President Obama and the 'Intelligence Community,' thought this was perfectly ok."  So, the FBI has never actually undertaken an investigation of the alleged DNC "hack" because the agency has never actually had any evidence or a crime scene to investigate.  Instead of the FBI's computer crimes forensics section, the DNC and its law firm Perkins Coie choose instead to turn to CrowdStrike.

D.C. surgeon who operated on Seth Rich: 'The DNC staffer was alive and well after surgery, before a group of LEOs showed up to the ICU'.  A 4-year resident surgeon at Washington Hospital Center claims that Seth Rich was alive and recovering well in facility's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after being treated for a total of 3 routine gunshot wounds — that is until a number of law enforcement officers arrived eight hours later kicking most everyone out of the ICU and physically barring doctors and others from attending to Rich.  The surgeon who witnessed this bizarre behavior decided to come forth with the information despite the fact that he or she may be easy to identify.

Kim Dotcom Issues Statement on Seth Rich's Involvement in Wikileaks.  Internet mogul and house music enthusiast Kim Dotcom issued his long-awaited statement on Seth Rich.  Dotcom, who hinted that Wikileaks possessed damaging information on Clinton before any leaks had dropped, claimed to know murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich had been the source of the leaks.  Dotcom's statement will be seen as a let-down to many, as the statement does not provide information Dotcom hasn't already shared.

Bombshell: Donna Brazile Warned Off Private Eye on Seth Rich Murder.  Former Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile is the high-ranking DNC representative who allegedly called police and the family of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich and demanded to know why a private investigator was "snooping" into Rich's death, the private eye revealed to WND Monday [5/22/2017].  "The high-ranking DNC official that called the police after I inquired about Rich's case was Donna Brazile," veteran homicide detective Rod Wheeler told WND.  "Why shouldn't I reveal who it was?"

Let's Connect the Dots.  There is a simple way to get to the bottom of all this:  release Seth Rich's computer to carefully vetted investigators.  It is probably in the custody of the FBI, although it could be with the Washington Police Department, which is also investigating the murder.  Rich's computer will have the record of his email transmissions, unless someone tampered with the computer.  If the record is intact, it will offer conclusive confirmation or refutation of the Fox story.  If the record is not intact, or if the computer has been lost or is otherwise unavailable, or if its files have been corrupted, the conclusion is unavoidable:  Seth Rich was the source for the WikiLeaks' DNC email disclosure and the FBI knew it.  The implications are horrendous.
