Part One:  Suspicious circumstances

At the CPAC convention, a few weeks before his death, Andrew Breitbart had assured attendees: "This election, we're going to vet [Obama]."*  Close scrutiny would be a major threat to Barack H. Obama and his minions, because of Obama's very murky history.  Nobody knows who Barack Obama really is.  Obama's alleged birth certificate, released by the White House on April 27, 2011, has been examined by experts and shown to be a Photoshopped fake.  Moreover, there are serious questions about the validity of Obama's Social Security number, which — if it is fraudulent — means that Obama is covering up something (or everything) in his past.  Mr. Breitbart knew too much.  I don't know what happened to him, but his death just seems very convenient.  Really, I hope I'm wrong to suspect foul play, but what "natural causes" suddenly kill a man at age 43?

Suspicions Growing Over Death of Journalist Probing NSA and CIA Abuses.  [Scroll down]  It would not be the first time that a prominent journalist taking on the establishment has died under suspicious circumstances.  Conservative-leaning alternative-media giant Andrew Breitbart, for example, promised to reveal information that would destroy the Obama machine.  Shortly before the highly anticipated release, the 43-year-old died of "heart failure."  Two months later, the county coroner who conducted Breitbart's autopsy was poisoned.  Before that, investigative journalist Gary Webb, who exposed CIA cocaine trafficking, supposedly "committed suicide" with two bullets to the head after publicly expressing his concerns that he would be killed.  The list could go on.

Heart Attack Gun Developed by the CIA.  This clip from the documentary Secrets of the CIA with retired CIA employee Mary Embree shows that the CIA developed a poison dart gun.  This gun was designed to murder people in an undetectable manner.  The gun shoots a small poison dart that penetrates the skin leaving a mark smaller than a needle mark.  The poison is undetectable in the body and makes it look as though the person has had a heart attack.

Breitbart: "Wait 'Til They See What Happens March 1st".  In a stunning coincidence, It appears Andrew Breitbart suffered his untimely death just hours before he was set to release damning video footage that could have sunk Barack Obama's 2012 re-election campaign.  Around three weeks ago on February 9 during the 'Blog Bash' event in Washington DC, Breitbart made a prophetic comment that takes on a somewhat chilling nature given the fact that he died in the early hours of March 1st.

Andrew Breitbart's death to be reviewed by L.A. County coroner.  The Los Angeles County coroner's office will review the death of conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart, who collapsed and died Thursday while taking a nighttime walk near his Westwood home.  Given his young age — he was 43 — and the unexpected manner in which he died, authorities will conduct an autopsy to help determine a specific cause of death.

Andrew Breitbart's website staff shocked by his sudden death.  Family members said he died of natural causes but are await [sic] an official cause of death.  "It looks like a heart attack, but no one knows until" an autopsy is done," his father-in-law, actor Orson Bean, told The Times.

Breitbart Friend Reveals To Hannity: Obama Harvard Tapes Will Be Out 'In A Week Or Two'.  On his program Thursday [3/1/2012], Fox News' Sean Hannity spoke with Steve Bannon (producer of The Undefeated, among various other films) about a series of tapes Andrew Breitbart claimed to have about Barack Obama.  Breitbart mentioned the tapes during his recent CPAC speech, sharing that "[w]e are going to vet [Barack Obama] from his college days to show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008."

#Birthers and #Breitbart.  This Breitbart media release of Obummer footage was to close, and I believe the odds of his demise being a hit are pretty good.  The man was going after Obummer in an election year and one of his last interviews was with Sheriff Joe (the man who released the proof of falsified birth cert and selective service card Thursday).  The man was going to single handedly take down Obummer, and I think he probably got whacked.

Breitbart's last investigation? Obama.  Andrew Breitbart, the influential founder of BigGovernment.com, BigJournalism.com and other innovations in reporting whose sudden death today stunned the world of journalism, had been investigating President Obama.  Breitbart told a crowd at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington last month that he had obtained videos of Obama from the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee's college days.  The videos have not been made public, and a WND request to Breitbart's organization did not elicit any immediate information about when they might be unveiled.

Breitbart Lives!  The bitterness of Andrew Breitbart's premature departure may be tempered if his courage inspires conservatives to press the case that President Obama's life story, as accepted by the media and McCain campaign in 2008, contains a series of discrepancies, frauds, and lies-by-omission.  Americans have been had by a manufactured biography that does not bear close examination.  Breitbart knew it, talked about it, and was the foremost public advocate of re-vetting the candidate who escaped serious scrutiny in 2008.

Autopsy conducted on conservative activist Breitbart.  Coroners conducted an autopsy on the body of conservative activist Andrew Breitbart on Friday [3/2/2012] but deferred a formal finding on the cause of his death until toxicology and lab tests are completed, officials said.

Was Andrew Breitbart murdered by the Obama Regime?  It was at the CPAC convention where Breitbart said he will release video's on Barack Obama because Obama was never properly vetted in the 2008 election.  "The videos will greatly affect the 2012 election and I will release them just before November" stated Breitbart.

Andrew Breitbart, dead at 43, was to release explosive tapes featuring Obama.  Within hours of learning Davy Jones of the Monkees had died of a heart attack, my Red Dirt Report colleague Ted Smith called and told me someone else had died — fiery conservative blogger and "New Media" king Andrew Breitbart.  Learning of Breitbart's death was a real shock.  Here was a guy who was just 43, a couple of years older than me, and he was dead — allegedly of "natural causes."

Did Obama Crime Machine Kill Andrew Breitbart?  It took LA a week to declare the cause of death for Whitney Houston but they knew two hours after Andrew Breitbart's death that it was natural and they told the world as fast as they could.  Andrew said he would release footage that would hurt Obama and now the alternative media gadfly is dead.  It goes on and on and if that film does not get released in full I call it shenanigans.

Breitbart death ignites conspiracy theory over secret Obama Harvard videos.  Breitbart was said to be working meticulously on a series of unpublished videos of Barack Obama while a student at Harvard.  The videos, according to Breitbart are supposed to show an Obama intent on class warfare and racial division.  There are some reports that the activist was just hours away from releasing the videos, which are supposed to damage Obama's reelection chances.

Andrew Breitbart's Web empire continues with his 'warrior spirit'.  The Los Angeles County Coroner's office confirmed that it will investigate the case, given how young Breitbart was.

Tea Party's Jewish Enfant Terrible's Death Raises Suspicions.  Breitbart became hugely famous back in 2009, when he shot an undercover video in which activists posing as a prostitute and her pimp asked employees of the community group ACORN for help in establishing a brothel with underage Salvadoran girls.  It marked the beginning of the end for ACORN, whose attempts to explain away that disaster went nowhere, while the organization losit its funding in every state.

Breitbart Died at 43 From Natural Causes? NO WAY.  I do NOT believe Breitbart died of 'natural causes', AT ALL. ... He just 'collapsed?'  With all of the information he had.  YEAH RIGHT.

Will We Ever Know The True Cause Of Andrew Breitbart's Death?  An autopsy is planned for today [3/2/2012], but the Los Angeles Police Department said it is not investigating the circumstances of his death.  Isn't this a bit odd?  No mention has been made that this investigation by the police happened by normal investigative protocol.  According to the Center for Disease Control's (CDC) Manual for medical examiner and coroners handbook on death registration, natural death is defined as "due solely or nearly totally to disease and/or the aging process."  It's fair to say that at the age of 43, age would not have been a significant factor.

Filmmaker Steve Bannon: Breitbart's Tapes of Obama's College Years to Be Released in 7 to 10 Days.  "I have videos, this election we're going to vet him," new media mogul Andrew Breitbart proclaimed at this year's CPAC event.  Breitbart was, of course, referring to clips that allegedly show President Barack Obama during his college days -- videos that the media leader claimed would show "why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008."

Andrew Breitbart's "natural causes" death ... was it?  The minute I heard of Andrew Breitbart's sudden passing, and how quickly he passed away, I had a feeling of dread.  Maybe it's just because I'm a whackjob conspiracy theorist. ... But maybe it's because, despite his family's (alleged?) history of heart health issues, I had a hard time believing that Breitbart, a guy with as much energy and vibe as he exhibited at CPAC this year and who has pulled off some freakishly awesome video truthtelling over the past few years, would have the propensity to simply keel over in instant death at midnight while walking down the street... in the dark... after just weeks before having claimed to possess incriminating videos of the most power-mad president in U.S. history, Barack Hussein Obama, from his college days...

Beck Reacts to Breitbart's Death & Reveals First Time They Talked.  On his radio show this morning [3/1/2012], Glenn Beck spoke about new media mogul Andrew Breitbart's untimely death. In addition to announcing the tragedy, Beck talked about his past interactions with Breitbart and encouraged listeners to be cautious when addressing any conspiracy theories that might arise as a result of his passing.

Was Andrew Breitbart Murdered? Conspiracy Theories Fly.  Some people find this strange:  How could the mainstream media, within a couple of hours of his death, claim to know that Breitbart died of "natural" causes when the Los Angeles County medical examiner hasn't even come to that conclusion yet? ... I am reluctant to jump aboard the Breitbart Murder Conspiracy Crazy Train just yet, but I am holding a ticket in my back pocket just in case.  We don't even have the official coroner's report yet.  But if he was murdered, the trail would probably have been made cold before the deed was done.

Andrew Breitbart, a quest for truth.  Writing as a career investigator and a seasoned journalist respectively, we would be professionally remiss not to cite the need for a proper investigation into his death.  We both have lost people close to us at all ages, and know the pain such losses cause.  We pray that the pain is not compounded by the veil of secrecy, as it would be an injustice not only to Mr. Breitbart, but to those who continue his quest for truth.

Want to know why the left hated Andrew Breitbart so much?  [Scroll down]  I forgot about Robert Wright, which I suppose is understandable.  Wright, a senior editor at The Atlantic, has no medical training and didn't know Breitbart.  But nonetheless, he has determined the cause of death:  disagreeing with Robert Wright.

Firing at Breitbart when he can't fire back.  [Scroll down]  Take Ross Douthat, the resident conservative at the New York Times. Mr. Douthat famously earned his bachelor's degree at Harvard — and he seems to think he went to Harvard Medical School.  Last week, Mr. Douthat determined the cause of Andrew's untimely death as "furious partisanship."  Those who knew him know that Andrew never put party above principle, and never put politics above people.  Not so for Mr. Douthat.

Left-Wing Media Dishonesty:  Before he died, Andrew Breitbart spoke to "The Hollywood Reporter."  That was the last interview he ever did.  Mr. Breitbart was upset because he believed the left-wing media was trying to destroy him.  He pointed to Media Matters as the primary offender.  Breitbart went on to accuse the far-left website of receiving orders from the Democratic National Committee and directly passing those orders on to MSNBC.

Was Andrew Breitbart Murdered?  Is it not a rather strange coincidence that the man who blew ACORN out of the water and threatened to expose the mainstream media for its lies would suddenly drop dead of no known cause?  Andrew Breitbart had done what no other conservative had ever done: physically destroy an important bastion of radical-Alinsky activism.  The radicals were pretty upset by Breitbart's uncanny and stunning achievement, and they wondered what next he might do to mortally wound Obama's chances of being reelected.  Was Breitbart's sudden death just a coincidence?

When Losers Write Obituaries.  With the possible exception of Matt Drudge, nobody was more successful at threatening the livelihood — and in particular the sanity — of the MSM than Andrew Breitbart.

Palin Toasts Breitbart, Says Conservatives 'Need to Have Each Other's Back'.  Sarah Palin's keynote address Friday night at the fifth annual RightOnline conference in Las Vegas was bold, pugnacious and brimming with love for her fellow conservatives.  Andrew Breitbart would have eaten it up.

Conservative bloggers remember Andrew Breitbart.  It is hard to imagine the Breitbart website without its namesake, Andrew Breitbart, whose pugnacious personality was unexpectedly extinguished when he died of heart failure March 1 at age 43.  Indeed, in the months since he collapsed on a sidewalk near his Westwood home, Breitbart's closest colleagues have often found themselves wondering, "What would Andrew do?"

Breitbart witness: He dropped like sack of bricks.  A man who witnessed the death of Andrew Breitbart said the conservative media icon collapsed like a "sack of bricks" and died with bright red skin and a "thick white band" on his forehead.  The testimony comes from Christopher Lasseter, 26, who was walking his dog near the Brentwood Restaurant the evening of March 1 and saw Breitbart leave the eatery, cross the street and fall to the ground on the opposite side of the street.

Selective silencing:  Was Michael Hastings murdered?  [Scroll down]  According to most recent investigative findings, it appears that Mr. Hastings made multiple contacts with sources directly associated with the illegal NSA domestic spying program, and either recently acquired materials and/or information about the extent of, the targets of, and the recipients of the information of domestic spying program. [...] Additionally and relevant to the circumstances surrounding his death, I believe that Michael Hastings knew, or had reason to know, that he was under both investigation and surveillance of the FBI as well as the NSA at the time of his death.

From Karen Silkwood to Michael Hastings, something is wrong.  From the strange car "accident" that took the life of whistleblower Karen Silkwood in 1974 to the Michael Hastings wreck of 2013 and countless other conveniently coincidental deaths in between, could we be witnessing the deliberate purging of those who are desperately seeking the truth?

Andrew Breitbart's Vision and Mission Thriving Two Years After His Death.  Two years ago today, we lost Andrew Breitbart.  He was a father, husband, and a brother — a gregarious and hilarious personality.  He was a new media pioneer.  But perhaps he is best remembered as a fighter.  He fought alongside us.  He fought when we couldn't.

Andrew Breitbart, Controversial as Ever Five Years After his Death.  Wednesday, March 1 marks the fifth anniversary of the death of conservative icon Andrew Breitbart. [...] For those not familiar with him, Andrew was a larger than life character who figured in the establishment of several prominent media institutions that play significant roles in today's journalistic landscape.  He was first associated with the Drudge Report, famous for scooping Newsweek on its Monica Lewinsky story; The Huffington Post, the very popular leftwing blog; and Breitbart News, from which came the left's chief bogeyman, and Donald Trump's chief strategist, Stephen K. Bannon.

5 years later:  How Andrew Breitbart defeated Hillary Clinton.  In June 2011, Andrew broke the story that New York Democrat Congressman Anthony Weiner was tweeting women revealing photos of himself.  This scandal, known as "Weinergate," caused Weiner to resign in disgrace.  But, even after his death six months later, Andrew's findings played a major role in causing Hillary Clinton to lose the 2016 election.  Weiner was caught sexting a 15-year-old girl whom he allegedly had a months-long relationship with, which caused Weiner and his wife, Huma Abedin, to separate.  Interestingly, Abedin was one of Hillary Clinton's top advisors and confidants.  When Weiner's scandal broke last year, the NYPD and the FBI seized all devices owned by Weiner and Abedin to begin their investigation.  But when law enforcement was searching Weiner's computer in October of last year, they found much more than they were looking for — emails related to the closed investigation into Clinton's private email server, according to The New York Times.  This caused the FBI to reopen the investigation of Clinton, and likely cost her the presidential election.

Susie Breitbart Gives Rare Interview:  Andrew Was 'Good Friend to So Many People Who Disagreed with Him'.  Susie Breitbart, the widow of Breitbart News founder Andrew Breitbart, talked to Greg Gutfeld of Fox News on "The One with Greg Gutfeld" about her husband's storied career in an interview last week.  Gutfeld began with a story of his own:  how he met first met Andrew Breitbart while writing for the Huffington Post, which Andrew helped launch and edit.

What's something you recently learned that shocked you?  Here are 5 things I've learned recently that shocked me and impressed me, now let me share with you:  [#1] CIA revealed a "heart attack" gun in 1975.  A battery operated gun which fired a dart of frozen water & shellfish toxin.  Once inside the body it would melt leaving only a small red mark on the victim where it entered.  The official cause of death would always be a heart attack.

[#1] If the CIA had such a weapon in 1975, one can easily surmise that it has been improved since then.  [#2] If you were to point to the suspiciously sudden death of some high-profile individual who probably knew too much, and claim that he was probably the target of "the CIA's heart attack gun," nobody in the news media would believe it.  In fact, nobody in the news media would mention that explanation long enough to scoff at it and call it a conspiracy theory.  If nobody can believe that such a thing exists, it is the perfect weapon.

Flashback to the last Democrat President,  and look at all the unfortunate people who got on his bad side.

Coroner: Breitbart Died of Heart Failure.  The office of the Los Angeles County coroner has completed its investigation into the death of Andrew Breitbart on March 1, and has confirmed that he died of natural causes, namely heart failure.  Chief Coroner Investigator Craig Harvey told Breitbart News that the final autopsy report would be released next week.

Was this the first time Andrew Brietbart ever ran?  Probably not.  Did he really have undiagnosed heart problems?  How?  Didn't he visit his doctor at least once a year?  How often does "heart failure" result in sudden death without first exhibiting many other symptoms?

The coroner has spoken, and in the absence of any contradictory evidence, the official cause of death can hardly be contested.  Nevertheless, Mr. Breitbart's sudden death certainly was a remarkable coincidence, and one that was very beneficial to Barack H. Obama.

Uh-oh, wait a minute...
Possible arsenic poisoning probed in death of coroner's official.  Authorities said a Los Angeles County coroner's official, Michael Cormier, appears to have died from poisoning.  "At this point we haven't ruled out foul play," said Lt. Alan Hamilton of the Los Angeles Police Department.  "It is one of the things being considered.  We are waiting for the coroner's results."  Law enforcement sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing, said that finding the presence of poison does not necessarily mean the death was a homicide because the substance could have accidentally entered his system.

Coroner who may have worked on Breitbart dead.  Medical examiners in Los Angeles are investigating the possible poisoning death of one of their own officials who may have worked on the case of Andrew Breitbart, the conservative firebrand who died March 1 [...] "There are mysterious circumstances surrounding his death," said Elizabeth Espinosa, a news reporter for KTLA-TV.  "We're told detectives are looking into the possibility that he was poisoned by arsenic."

Conspiracy theorists cry foul after right-wing journalist Andrew Breitbart's 'coroner' dies of arsenic poisoning.  Just two months after conservative firebrand Andrew Breitbart died of a sudden heart attack, a Los Angeles coroner has died of suspicious circumstances.  Sources told the Los Angeles Times that Michael Cormier, 61, appears to have died of arsenic poisoning on April 20, the day the Los Angeles coroner's office released their preliminary autopsy report on Mr Breitbart.  Conspiracy theorists and some of Mr Breitbart's fans say that the timing, as well as the manner in which Mr Cormier died, makes compelling evidence of a sinister connection between the two men's deaths.

Trail of Death: Breitbart Coroner Turns Up Dead, Arsenic Poisoning Suspected.  Veteran Los Angeles coroner forensic technican Michael Cormier had died, apparently due to arsenic poisoning.  The 61 year old Cormier was discovered dead on April 20th — the same day the city officials had released their preliminary autopsy report on the death of conservative media powerhouse Andrew Breitbart.  According to early reports, Michael Cormier was "seemingly healthy," yet "suddenly stricken" with a fatal condition — just like Andrew Breitbart.  It's the latest twist in the case of Andrew Breitbart's untimely death that will surely fuel increased speculation into possible foul play — in both cases.

Andrew Breitbart's Fans Think His Coroner Was Suspiciously Poisoned to Death.  Fans of the late Andrew Breitbart are speculating as to why a forensic technician from the L.A. County Coroner's Office would suddenly drop dead on the day Breitbart's autopsy results were released.  They were two of the strangest L.A. deaths so far this year.

Missing Breitbart — Still.  Three years after his death, and we're still missing Breitbart.  Why?  Many reasons:  because he was so good at exposing lies, half-truths and obfuscation, because nobody has stepped in to fill the void.

Andrew Breitbart died 4 years ago today.  Keeping his memory alive is the least we can do.

A Lost Warrior.  Andrew Breitbart was one of the kindest, most generous men I've ever known.  He was a man in perpetual motion, with boundless energy and a Falstaffian wit.  He was a loving father and broke a host of boundaries in life and dedicated himself to putting tools and information in the hands of citizens to do battle for liberty in the public square.  He was inquisitive, insightful, and did nothing without gusto.  He delighted in the rush of confrontation with the left, because he recognized them for their true nature, and had no patience for false politeness about their intentions for the nation.

Breitbart.  Imagine if the conservative media had to include every fact that makes liberals look good in every story that makes liberals look bad.  What if attorney-client privilege didn't exist for lawyers providing advice to conservative publications?  Imagine if those contacted by a conservative journalist were dragged into depositions by a liberal plaintiff.  Imagine if the liberal plaintiff subpoenaed writers for conservative publications who covered her case.  These actions would be a way to silence and chill the increasingly powerful conservative media, and it's exactly what is happening in former Obama political appointee Shirley Sherrod's lawsuit against Andrew Brietbart's widow and radio talk show host Larry O'Connor.

Shirley Sherrod seeks Breitbart's widow as substitute in defamation lawsuit.  A year and a half after the death of Andrew Breitbart, Shirley Sherrod is taking legal action to have the conservative journalist's widow substitute as defendant in the Sherrod vs. Breitbart defamation lawsuit.  The motion, which Sherrod filed in Washington's U.S. District Court last month, seeks to make Susannah Breitbart responsible for providing financial recovery for "libel and slander" caused by the Breitbart-publicized videos that led to her resignation in 2010.  Mrs. Breitbart objected to the motion on Saturday [10/5/2013].

Obama Crony Sherrod's Ugly Suit Against Breitbart's Widow.  Hell hath no fury like an Obama administration official exposed for corruption or racism.  On Wednesday [10/9/2013], news broke that Shirley Sherrod, the former USDA official whose speech before an NAACP group revealing her angst about helping a white farmer got her fired, has decided to amend her lawsuit against the late Andrew Breitbart to name Andrew's widow and mother of four, Susie Bean Breitbart.  As Christian Adams recounts on PJ Media, Sherrod, in a 2010 speech before an NAACP awards dinner, admitted she was reluctant to help a white farmer because he was white.  Sherrod said she didn't help as she could have, and instead took him to "one of his own kind."

Judge rips feds in Sherrod-Breitbart lawsuit.  A federal judge delivered a severe tongue-lashing to a Justice Department lawyer Thursday, slamming the Obama Administration for its handling of demands for government records in the libel lawsuit fired Agriculture Department employee Shirley Sherrod filed against conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart.  During a 40-minute hearing, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon repeatedly ripped into the government and DOJ trial counsel David Glass for resisting requests from both sides in the case for government files and e-mails that might be of use in the litigation.

DOJ Files Motion To Stop Documents In Breitbart V Sherrod Case From Gaining Sunlight.  The motion is embedded below but essentially says:  'If we knew you were going to put these in the public record we would not have given them to you'.  Obviously the Eric Holder led DOJ was more than happy to assist the Sherrod BGI enterprise in their efforts against Breitbart Inc., but they appear to have anticipated the documents being sealed and now are twitchy about the potential sunlight.

Pro Bono Law Morphs Into Left-Wing Lawfare.  Do you remember Shirley Sherrod?  She's the former Department of Agriculture official caught on camera saying she denied a white farmer the full measure of benefits she could have given him, before later describing how she ended up rejecting this racist approach to her job.  The late Andrew Breitbart posted excerpts of the Sherrod video that failed to include the part about how she overcame her racist impulse and ended up helping the white farmer.  The Obama administration fired Sherrod after Breitbart posted the video.  However, based on a review of the full video, Sherrod was offered a new position at the Department of Agriculture.  Even so, Sherrod decided to sue Breitbart.  And now that Andrew is no longer with us, she is pursuing her claim against his widow.

Shirley Sherrod's Malicious Pro-Bono Suit Against Andrew Breitbart's Widow.  That word, "malicious," is just my opinion on the subject based on the evidence, but let me lay out the case for you, dear reader and you can decide for yourself.

Kirkland and Ellis Represents Shirley Sherrod Against Breitbart's Widow... for Free.  Aaron Worthing did what no reporter appears to have done in the last couple of years — simply ask Kirkland and Ellis who is paying for the lawsuit against Andrew Breitbart, Larry O'Connor, and now Andrew's widow, Susie. Here's what Worthing found: ["]So in the response to my letter, still on background, a person speaking for the firm stated that, yes, this was a pro-bono case. Which I have to tell you, is really odd. Ordinarily pro bono cases are about poor people, or otherwise people who have trouble standing up for themselves, or rarely people who shouldn't have to hire lawyers — like people seeking to end discrimination.["] Sherrod, despite her husband receiving $13,000,000 as part of a Pigford settlement, is getting free legal representation from Kirkland and Ellis.

Shirley Sherrod v. Breitbart Update: Big Law Fuels the Left.  Liberal groups already enjoy a tremendous structural advantage over conservative groups in terms of foundation support, bricks and mortars institutions and a steady pipeline of youngsters eager to shape mankind to their own image. There's another often overlooked advantage enjoyed by the left: big law firms donating thousands and thousands of hours to help leftist causes far outside of the American mainstream. There is no counterpart donation of time and money for conservative causes. Big Law's ideological "lawfare" completes the architecture for attacks on election integrity laws, springing free Al-Qaeda terrorists and even suing conservative new media pioneers like Andrew Breitbart.

Update:
Emails Reveal White House Got Shirley Sherrod Fired, Not Breitbart.  An email dump has revealed that the White House pulled the trigger on firing former Department of Agriculture official Shirley Sherrod.  Sherrod is suing Andrew Breitbart's widow and the waggish Larry O'Connor for defamation, alleging that Breitbart's publication of her remarks made before an NAACP crowd caused her harm, including her firing.  The Obama administration has up until now denied that the White House had any role in Sherrod's firing.  Not true.

Washington Post Defames Andrew Breitbart.  Helena Andrews at the Washington Post has this reckless column about Andrew Breitbart and Shirley Sherrod.  I[n] it, Andrews falsely states that Breitbart "published a doctored video" of Sherrod's racist confession at an NAACP convention.  In fact, Breitbart published all that had been given to him, including the portion of the video where Sherrod is redeemed by confessing that she should not have been making decisions on the basis of race.  Breitbart also published the portion where Sherrod admits making adverse decisions toward a white farmer because of his race.

Another update:
Shirley Sherrod case settled, now put to bed myth that Breitbart's tape was misleading.  Shirley Sherrod sued Andrew Breitbart, Larry O'Connor and others over a video of Sherrod giving a speech before an NAACP group, in which she recounted how in the distant past when she worked for a state agency, she had discriminated against a white farmer.  Breitbart's widow was substituted as a defendant after his death.  Sherrod was fired by the US Dept. of Agriculture as a result of their (over)reaction, and despite her clarifications and denials, indicating she had given some help to the farmer, and had learned from the experience to treat people fairly.  We have analyzed that original tape, frame by frame, and the tape was not deceptive.

NY Times perpetuates myth of Andrew Breitbart's misleading Shirley Sherrod video.  Sherrod did make comments about the white farmer that could be construed as racist and also made comments about how she overcame those feelings, and all of that was on the original edited video:  [Video clip]  It's also worth noting that the point of the video was to document the cheering by the NAACP crowd when Sherrod made her negative comments about the white farmer.  That laughing approval still is troubling.

Rolling Stone on Breitbart: He's Dead. Good!  And it gets much worse from there...  I almost hate to draw attention to this incredibly sad example of the intolerant left over at Rolling Stone, but quite frankly, Andrew Breitbart probably would have eaten this up, and tweeted it back out.

Thoughts on the Hateful Left.  The vermin of the left have been out in force with nastiness and viciousness about Andrew Breitbart since Breitbart's death.  We on the right have quite rightly taken offense.  The left claims we do the same thing when a lefty dies.  They can't prove it.

Slate Columnist Cheers Breitbart's Death.  Economics and philosophy expert Matthew Yglesias reacted with glee Thursday morning [3/1/2012] at the news that conservative journalist Andrew Breitbart had died.

Why Liberals Cheer When Conservatives Die.  Outside of the bin Ladens of this world, I refrain from saying unkind words about the dearly departed.  If someone dies and I have nothing nice to say about them, I don't say anything at all.  If only [Matt] Taibbi, [Matt] Yglesias and other liberal pundits practiced this principle.

Leftists Exult in Breitbart's Death.  The Left is ecstatic because Breitbart had mastered using the Internet to conduct warfare against its cherished ideas and heroes, not least the man in the White House.  Breitbart's sites, as The New American reported, were singlehandedly responsible for the destruction of the leftist ACORN organization.  He also unearthed the Pigford scandal.  With Breitbart gone, the Left is overjoyed.

Heilemann Defends Speaking Ill of Breitbart Immediately After His Death.  During the "Overtime" portion of Friday night's [3/2/2012] "Real Time" on HBO, the panel discussed the passing of Andrew Breitbart.  Nearly the whole panel seemed to agree this was a sad event and was not a time for trash talking except for liberal columnist John Heilemann, who challenged the convention of "not speaking ill of the dead."

Tolerant, Compassionate, CIVIL Liberals Rejoice At Untimely Death Of Andrew Breitbart.  It's always fun to see liberals exposing their true selves when things like this happen.  The same people who call for "putting aside politics" (and spineless RINOs always comply, and with alacrity) when a liberal icon dies are the first ones who do the exact opposite when a conservative dies.  The same liberals who accuse conservatives of being uncivil and mean-spirited when commenting on the deaths of people like Ted "I guess she couldn't swim" Kennedy are the quickest out of the box to say how great it is that another conservative has "gone to hell" to "have afternoon tea with Hitler."

Leftist's Hate on Full Display Over Breitbart's Passing.  It is sad that to be a left-winger is to be a hatemonger, but the death of conservative media activist Andrew Breitbart has certainly brought out those true colors of the left.  The giddiness displayed and cheering indulged by America's leftists over the fact that Mr. Breitbart died late Wednesday night has been shrill, disgusting, and suffused with the lamentable inhumanity so commonly found in the hearts of leftists everywhere.  It should be no surprise that left-wingers are prone to authoritarian regimes and acts of genocide.

A Shameful Moment for the Washington Post's Editorial Page.  It was too much to ask for any of the numerous lefties on Twitter to hold their tongues and fingers and just write something like, "I disagreed with him, but RIP."

Bill Ayers: That Breitbart Fellow Sure Was a "Bomb-thrower," Wasn't He?  Unrepentant domestic terrorist and long-time Barack Obama associate Bill Ayers exhibits his trademark generosity of spirit and self-awareness by smearing recently deceased conservative provocateur Andrew Breitbart as — of all things — a "bomb-thrower of the radical Right."

Encouraging Signs in Maryland.  President Obama is counting on our despair to help him win.  Reflect on that.  His leftist friends, like ACORN founder Wade Rathke for example, have been gloating over Andrew Breitbart's tragic death.  Reflect on that.  Then go to Rathke's lousy blog, modestly called "Chief Organizer," and let him know what you think of his slanderous comments about Andrew.

Flashback: Obama's Sordid High School Past.  Obama, by all accounts, was a habitual drug user in high school.  He tried cocaine, he admits in Dreams From My Father; he "tried drugs enthusiastically."  The Chicago Tribune reported back in 2007 that Obama thanked the "Choom Gang" in his high school yearbook; "chooming" was Hawaiian slang for smoking pot.  The Honolulu Advertiser reported that Obama's senior portrait "prominently displayed ... A package of 'Zig-Zag' rolling papers and a matchbook."

The more cannabis you smoke, the more likely you are to be a loser, finds international study.  International research has revealed that the more cannabis you smoke, the more likely you are to be lower paid and have relationship difficulties.  The study followed children from birth up to the age of 38 and found people who smoked cannabis four or more days a week over many years ended up in a lower social class than their parents.  It also found that regular and persistent users ended up with lower-paying, less skilled and less prestigious jobs than those who were not regular cannabis smokers.

Conservative Documentaries Still Needed for Obama 2.0.  If one were to simply go by what the media says, they would think Andrew Breitbart was a racist seething with jealousy over the "glamorous" people of Hollywood.  With the help of a film like "Hating Breitbart," one can see Breitbart as a warrior who fought the media and the government's version of the truth.

A Decade of Deceit and Division:  What Trayvon Wrought.  [Scroll down]  Outraged by the [George Zimmerman] verdict, three Marxists "of color" promptly formed a group called Black Lives Matter.  Working their combined magic in Ferguson a year after George's acquittal, BLM and the media helped reverse an eight-year downward trend in homicides.  As a result of the so-called "Ferguson effect," 3,000 more Americans were murdered in 2016 than in 2014.  BLM was just warming up.  The multi-city mania BLM helped generate in 2020 — Minneapolis, Louisville, Kenosha — triggered a nationwide 30-percent-plus increase in homicides over 2019, the greatest annual spike ever recorded. [...] In 2012, only one man in the media had the clout and cojones to call out the Jacobins in real-time.  Unfortunately, Andrew Breitbart died at age 43 of heart failure on a Los Angeles street just four days after Trayvon's death.

The Unhinging of America.  Soon after the start of the 21st century, Barack Obama, latest edition of this breed of visionary, positioned himself to lead the team in Washington to help "transform America" — make it ready, that is, for the new world order. [...] Now there was someone who wanted to be president who could and would utilize Alinsky's Rules for Radicals — a book that salutes the devil in its opening pages — to take down America, while pretending to make it better than ever!  Could Obama in truth and honesty have, as president, served "one nation under God, with liberty and justice for all"?  Could he have been sincere when he took the oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States"?  I don't think so. Andrew Breitbart, Gone Seven Years: We Miss You Friend.  Andrew urged us to be unafraid as long as we had the truth on our side.  He gave us the confidence to stand up to bullies no matter who they were and whether they were a "regular Joe" or the president of the United States.  He also taught us to look beyond the public personas on the front lines.  The more significant threats, he warned, were the people behind the scenes who pulled strings to gain personal power, money, and influence.

Andrew Breitbart Was Right About the Media.  Andrew Breitbart loathed the mainstream media.  If you have any doubt about this fact, watch the following videos.  He was disgusted by them and wasn't shy about saying it.  [Video clip]  He knew, to his core, the mendacity pointed at ideological enemies of Leftist dogma.  He ran flank for Tea Party leaders who were being investigated by every government department including the IRS, FBI, EPA, and more.  He loved these people who the elites in both parties hated.  He defended them.  He protected those who were willing to be apostates to the leftist cause including guys like Brandon Darby who thwarted a Lefty terrorist group who planned a bombing at the Republican National Convention, and Milo Yiannopoulos, a flamboyant anti-feminist gay man.  He promoted the brave and gave them platforms including Dana Loesch, Ben Shapiro, James O'Keefe, and Hannah Giles.  He was famous for finding talented and fair-minded people and developing their gifts.

Andrew Breitbart Explained Left's Playbook in 2012: Calling Everyone 'Racist' the 'Most Effective Tool'.  Long before the Trump presidency, and long before the Resistance, Andrew Breitbart understood that left's use of the race card was a simply a tactic and effective one at that.  Now, with the midterms upon us, an unhinged media and an unhinged Hollywood are employing that same tactic with an unparalleled fervor, casting aspersions on any and every deplorable.  It's a playbook and it's nothing new.

Flashback: Andrew Breitbart directly implicated Podesta in child sex ring cover-up.  Pizzagate is everywhere.  From the corporate media claiming the conspiracy is "patently false" to independent researchers like David Seaman calling it real, one cannot spend much time on the internet without hearing about it one way or another.

Andrew Breitbart tweet before death adds fuel to online speculation of D.C. sex-trafficking ring.  A tweet by Mr. Breitbart shortly before his March 1, 2012, death is now being cited by online researchers as proof that they are onto something big.  "How prog-guru John Podesta isn't household name as world class underage sex slave op cover-upperer defending unspeakable dregs escapes me," Mr. Breitbart wrote Feb. 4, 2011.  The conservative icon's death at age 43 was attributed to "heart failure."

I've been aware of this "Pizzagate" story for a while, but the allegations are just too horrible and the details are too lurid to discuss.  The mainstream news media won't touch it, except to call it "fake news."  But if this awful story is true, I can see how an investigation of it could get someone killed.  The web sites that are passing this story around have come up with a lot of leaked emails and photographic evidence that would be very difficult to concoct; so if it really is "fake news," a large number of participants would have to be collaborating on it.  If you want to explore this subject and reach your own conclusions, here are some links:

Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow: 'What We've Started Is a Revolution'.  Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow said during his speech at the South Carolina Tea Party Convention that Andrew Breitbart and the team at Breitbart News have started a "revolution."  "What we've started, and what Andrew wanted to start, was a revolution," Marlow said during his remarks.  "The revolution is fighting against corruption and fighting for truth."

Obama's Pigford Scandal & Breitbart Was Right.  Turns out conservative crusader Andrew Breitbart was correct when he exposed a multibillion-dollar redistribution scheme to African-American farmers based on largely dubious claims of discrimination.

The Vindication (Again) of Andrew Breitbart.  Last Friday, conservative activist and media scourge Andrew Breitbart was posthumously vindicated.  Before he died in March 2012 of sudden heart failure, he had worked tirelessly to expose the horrific fraud that is Pigford.  For those who get their news only from the New York Times, the name "Pigford" would have sounded unfamiliar until last week, but only because Andrew's efforts to make the mainstream media cover the issue (as he had induced them to cover Weinergate) were cut short by his untimely death.

The Vetting: Ben Smith Releases Selectively Edited Obama Race Video.  Earlier today [3/7/2012], Buzzfeed's Ben Smith announced on Twitter that video researcher Andrew Kaczynski had released "the mysterious Harvard/Obama/race video that the Breitbart folks have been talking about."  The video, which Kaczynski says was "licensed from a Boston television station," shows a young Barack Obama leading a protest at Harvard Law School on behalf of Prof. Derrick Bell, a radical academic tied to Jeremiah Wright...

Revealed: The Obama 'race' video Andrew Breitbart threatened to release.  In the days leading up to his sudden death, conservative rabble-rouser Andrew Breitbart teased that he had an 'explosive' video of a young President Obama that focused on race.  One site has claimed to have unearthed the controversial video, but clip is much less dramatic than one might have hoped given Mr Breitbart's boasts.

CNN Already Freaking Out About New Media Vetting President Obama.  Predictably, the mainstream media is circling the wagons around the president and trying to distract away from the real issue:  Barack Obama is a radical and his political philosophy was built by people like Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright and Derrick Bell.

Obama: 'Open up your hearts and your minds' to racialist prof.  [This article includes] footage of Barack Obama praising and hugging Professor Derrick Bell.  It was spliced and diced by the media to avoid showing just how close Obama was to Bell.  More than that, a close associate of the Obama campaign, Harvard Law School's Professor Charles Ogletree, admitted on our exclusive tape, "We hid this throughout the 2008 campaign.  I don't care if they find it now."

More Obama Tapes: Michelle Obama a Race Agitating Occupier?  A treasure trove of information is coming out regarding Barack Obama's time in college.  Over at the Breitbart sites, we are learning how Obama inserted himself into a fight to implement hiring on the basis of race at Harvard Law School.  The Obama tapes also seem to show the other Obama — Michelle — occupying the Harvard Law School dean's office.  The occupiers were agitating for the race-based hiring of Harvard law professors.

Opposing viewpoint, provided by Obama's best friend, ABC News:
Did Professor Derrick Bell Visit the White House?  [Scroll down]  The answer from a White House official:  this was not the same Derrick A. Bell.  He had a different birthday than the late law professor, whose birthday was November 6, 1930.  That would seem to undermine the significance of this visit.

Derrick Bell: The Jeremiah Wright Of Harvard.  Obama's days at Harvard have been shrouded in secrecy.  But a new video lifts a corner of the veil, revealing his creepy embrace of the "Jeremiah Wright of academia."  It turns out his favorite law professor was the late Derrick Bell, a black radical who taught classes trashing the Constitution as racist.  He liked Bell so much he led a law school "strike" in support of him in 1991, when the professor went on unpaid leave to protest the lack of affirmative-action hiring on campus.

Ogletree: I was joking about Obama video clip.  Harvard Law Professor Charles Ogletree told the Herald he was just kidding when he suggested that a decades-old clip of a young Barack Obama praising and embracing controversial Professor Derrick Bell was kept hidden from voters during the 2008 campaign.  "It was a big joke," Ogletree said.  "If you watch the tape, the audience is laughing when I'm laughing."

Ogletree's I Was Just Kidding Excuse Doesn't Survive Scrutiny.  Charles Ogletree has responded to a controversial Breitbart video that captured him admitting to concealing background information on Barack Obama from public scrutiny during Obama's 2008 run for the presidency.  His "I was only kidding" excuse doesn't hold up when compared to what can now be justifiably called an emerging pattern of willful deception linked directly to the Obama campaign, as Olgetree was an Obama campaign adviser.

This is a very common Democrat tactic:  They will say or do something outrageous, and if there are any objections, follow up a few days later with, "Can't you take a joke?"  Examples abound:

The Obama of 1991 We Weren't Allowed to See.  [Scroll down]  On the other hand, Breitbart's point of an unvetted president is proven:  At no point in 2008 was the American electorate informed that Obama led a protest on behalf of a law professor who believed that the U.S. legal system was incontrovertibly racist from its moment of creation, or that he thought so well of an outspoken public defender of Louis Farrakhan.

Obama's Supreme Court and Critical Race Theory.  [Elena] Kagan is not the only one of Obama's Supreme Court appointees who is thought to have more than a passing familiarity with Critical Race Theory.  The issue came up in legal circles during debate over the nomination of Justice Sonya Sotomayor, particularly with regard to her comments that a "wise Latina" might reach a "better conclusion" than a white male, and her ruling (later overruled) against white firefighters alleging discrimination in the Ricci case.  Regardless, Critical Race Theory is emerging as an important theme among some of President Obama's most important influences — and most important appointments.

The Harvard Hug: What Else Are Media Hiding?  We were wrong.  The media elite did in fact vet this president, but they covered up what they found.  And now that citizen journalists are digging it up, they're trying to rebury it.  Exhibit A is the controversial video of Barack Obama praising and hugging radical Harvard law professor Derrick Bell.  The media knew it existed four years ago and conspired with academia to hide it to get Obama elected.

Obama Biographers, Journalists Covered Up Radical Derrick Bell Video.  The failure of the mainstream media to examine Barack Obama's support for Critical Race Theory founder Derrick Bell is one of the most glaring cases of journalistic malpractice and neglect in recent memory.  Nearly every single Obama biographer and profiler has mentioned the contentious racial climate of Harvard Law School during the time that Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review.

Obama Assigned Reading: Bell Says Whites Might Enslave Blacks.  Back when Barack Obama was a lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, he assigned Derrick Bell's readings in class.  In particular, he assigned the introduction to Bell's book, Faces at the Bottom of the Well.  Bell's book was highly controversial, and for good reason: it contains some of the most inflammatory racial material in the critical race theory canon.

Reaching Critical Mass.  Is CRT oriented around some notion of white dominance or white supremacy?  I think we can count on the NY Times to present critical race theory in as gauzy and flattering a focus as possible, so let's see how they described it over the years.

Barack Obama: The First American President To Embrace Critical Race Theory.  Bloggers led by the Breitbart team have been hard at work researching Professor Derrick Bell, the man to whom Obama exhorted his classmates to open their hearts and open their minds — the man who Obama literally embraced, and whose books he assigned when teaching at The University of Chicago.  The picture they're painting is not a flattering one. ... Barack and Michelle Obama have marinated in Professor Bell's brand of toxic, Marxist, racialist garbage their whole lives — and it shows.  It has culminated in a Presidency that has deliberately divided the nation along class and racial lines...

The Racist Ravings of Derrick Bell.  By now, you may already have seen the 1991 video footage of Barack Obama, who was then a 30-year-old student at Harvard Law School, speaking in glowing terms about Harvard professor Derrick Bell, whom Obama described as a man known for "speaking the truth" and for an "excellence of ... scholarship" that had not only "opened up new vistas and new horizons," but had "changed the standards [of what] legal writing is about."  "Open up your hearts and your minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell," Obama urged the sizable crowd which had gathered to show their support for Professor Bell that day.

Derrick Bell in 1994: 'Jewish Neoconservative Racists'.  The controversy over the videotape of Harvard Law School student Barack Obama speaking in support of his professor Derrick Bell during Bell's one-man 1990 uprising against the law school's failure or refusal to hire a black woman as a professor has caused a predictable back-and-forth about what it might mean for Obama to have a favorable view of Bell.

Barack Obama to Khalid Muhammad: Two Degrees of Separation.  John Podhoretz and Patterico highlight a close connection between Barack Obama and Khalid Muhammad.  Obama, as we know, was a disciple of Derrick Bell; in the video that Breitbart.com released a few days ago, he urged his listeners to open their hearts and minds to Bell's teachings.  So, what were Bell's teachings?  Bell was a fervent admirer of Louis Farrakhan and Khalid Muhammad of the Nation of Islam.  Podhoretz quotes a 1994 interview in which Bell said, "We should really appreciate the Louis Farrakhans and the Khalid Muhammads while we've got them."

The Book of Obama: The Ganza Megillah.  [Scroll down]  The tapes of Obama supporting and embracing Derrick Bell at Harvard released by Breitbart's staff after his untimely death, which were covered up by Obama's friend Harvard Professor Charles Ogletree, the media and undoubtedly others, establish that the pre-election image of Obama as a post racial uniter was as accurate a description of the true Obama as the notion of the Grand Vizier as an enforcer of a Persian multi-cult paradise might be.  In fact Derrick Bell was a barely disguised racist, an anti-Semite and an inspiration for Obama's racist and anti-Semitic pastor of 20 years, Jeremiah Wright.  He was the creator of a school of thought known in academic speak as "critical race theory," a pernicious flimsy cover for anti-Semitic, anti-white, anti-Asian thought which contends that there is no real "merit."

Obama Assigned Bell at University of Chicago Law School.  Barack Obama made his own students at the University of Chicago Law School read some of Derrick Bell's most radical and racially inflammatory writings.

Bell: USA Must Admit We're Permanently Racist.  Obama:  "Open your hearts and open your minds to the words of Prof. Derrick Bell."  Derrick Bell:  "Racism is permanent".

Obama's Beloved Law Professor: Derrick Bell.  Breitbart.com has revealed that while at Harvard Law School, Barack Obama embraced the racially charged cause of professor Derrick Bell.  Both Obama and Bell demanded that Harvard hire professors on the basis of race.  Obama and other students rallied to Bell's side after Bell quit teaching in an attempt to force Harvard to implement race-based hiring policies.

Thomas Sowell Hammers 'Despicable' Derrick Bell.  Was Derrick Bell a radical when Barack Obama told us all to open our hearts and minds?  Thomas Sowell was asked about Bell at the time.  Here's what he said.

Jeremiah Wright on Derrick Bell, Jesus, and the Jews.  Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama's incendiary Chicago pastor, admired radical Harvard Law School professor Derrick Bell, inviting him to speak at Trinity United Church of Christ and referring to him from the pulpit.  In one sermon, which Wright published in 1995 in a collection entitled Africans Who Shaped Our Faith: A Study of 10 Biblical Personalities, Wright referred specifically to Bell's protest against Harvard — the same protest that Obama supported in a video released by Breitbart.com last week.

A Sermon Obama Could Not Have Missed.  The sermon repeats the main doctrine of [Derrick] Bell's Critical Race Theory — that the United States was founded on racism, and that America remains irredeemably racist.  Wright also attacked "Jewish lawyers," comparing the Jews of Jesus's time to "Klansmen" and describing Jesus as a racial provocateur.

Critical Race Theory Explained.  CRT was an intellectual development in the late 1970s and early 1980s in which some scholars, perturbed by what they perceived as a loss of momentum in the movement for racial equality, began to doubt that the constitutional and legal system itself had the capacity for change.  This criticism mirrored a Marxist attack long voiced in academia:  that the Constitution had been a capitalist document incapable of allowing for the redistributionist change necessary to create a more equal world.  To create a more equal world, the Constitution and the legal system would have to be endlessly criticized — hence critical theory — and torn down from within.  The Marxist criticism of the system was called critical theory; the racial criticism of the system was therefore called Critical Race Theory.

Wikipedia Freezes Critical Race Theory Entry After Soledad Implosion.  The Daily Caller reports that Wikipedia has frozen its entry on Critical Race Theory, reverting to the version of the page that existed before her on-air implosion in debate with Breitbart.com's Joel Pollak.  At the time, O'Brien — evidently citing the first line of the Wikipedia entry — claimed that Critical Race Theory had nothing to do with white supremacy.  However, the same entry she relied upon — or which producers provided via her earpiece — mentions white supremacy twice.

Wikipedia editor responds to 'Critical Race Theory' edit war.  A Wikipedia article devoted to Critical Race Theory, a controversial legal theory crafted to respond to the alleged role of "white supremacy" in American law, was placed on a temporary editing lockdown over the weekend after bloggers determined that CNN anchor Soledad O'Brien had relied on Wikipedia's introductory definition of the theory — verbatim — during on an-air debate.  A second lock was placed on the article Monday [3/12/2012] to protect it from politically biased editors who adjusted it following O'Brien's gaffe.

What's the Matter with Soledad O'Brien?  On Thursday [3/8/2012], O'Brien interviewed Joel Pollak, editor-in-chief of the late Andrew Breitbart's online empire.  Breitbart's BigGovernment.com released a 1991 video of Barack Obama (then a 30-year-old law student) at a Harvard rally embracing radical racialist Derrick Bell and his push for more aggressive race-based hiring at Harvard.  Bell is a proponent of critical race theory (CRT), which posits that America remains a hopelessly racist country dominated by Jews and white supremacists.  O'Brien lost her cool when Pollak shed light on Bell's fringe legal theories.

Why the Bell-Obama Connection Matters:  The verdict is in:  The mainstream media believes that Derrick Bell is not a story.  They believe it so deeply that they've had members of the Breitbart.com team on national television repeatedly; they've spent thousands of words covering it; and they've mentioned it on radio and the Internet incessantly.  All to say that there's nothing to see here.  Unfortunately, for President Obama, there's something to see here.

Cassandra Butts — Bell Devotee, Obama Advisor, Judicial Scout.  The story of Cassandra Butts is an important example of how Critical Race Theory and its adherents continue to shape President Barack Obama's worldview and his administration.  At Harvard Law School from 1988-1991, Butts was one of the student advocates of Professor Derrick Bell's strike for "faculty diversity."  She was also a fast friend of Obama's, whose career she has helped to promote from the halls of the Harvard Law Review to the White House.  Her role in the Obama White House is not a mystery.

The Vetting: Obama Teaches Constitutional Law — Part I.  Obama's an extreme legal leftist.  He thinks that banning infertility treatment for unwed couples is akin to sterilizing them.  He thinks that there is no connection between childbearing and childrearing and the integral value of marriage.  He thinks that arguments about "tradition" are troubling.

If Obama's Past Isn't A Concern, Why Cover It Up?  The videotape of Obama praising and hugging his America-bashing, Constitution-trashing law professor Derrick Bell isn't the only evidence that's been hidden from the public.  A 1998 video of Obama praising the late Marxist agitator Saul "The Red" Alinsky alongside a panel of hard-core Chicago communists also exists.  Yet it, too, has been withheld.  So has a 2003 video of Obama speaking at a Chicago dinner held in honor of former PLO spokesman Rashid Khalidi. ... If there's nothing to hide, why keep these tapes under wraps?  Why not release them?

Obama Teaches Constitutional Law — Part II.  Lecturer Obama believed deeply in Critical Race Theory — so much so that he advocated creative legal strategies to argue Critical Race Theory into law.  He thought that facially neutral statutes were discriminatory thanks to the racism of the system.  He even argued that the people of the states be stripped of their power to change local law, if such changes cut against narrow minority interests.

Bell's Critical Race Theory Promoted in Public Schools.  A radical organization known as the Pacific Educational Group (PEG) is actively promoting Derrick Bell's Critical Race Theory in public elementary and high schools nationwide, with an intense focus on what PEG calls "Systemic Racism."  With the approval of the Obama administration, and under the guise of closing achievement gaps between black and white students, PEG is promoting teaching methods that discourage "black and brown" students from conforming to an inherently "white" — and therefore racist — curriculum.

Pacific Educational Group: Radicalism for Kids, on the Taxpayers' Dime.  Glenn Singleton's Pacific Education Group (PEG), which bases its school programs on "Systemic Racism" on Derrick Bell's radical Critical Race Theory, has caused controversy in school districts across the country — at taxpayer expense.  In addition to disputes within the Evanston Township High School district in Evanston, IL — reported today [3/19/2012] by Breitbart.com — PEG has been the focus of debate in school districts from St. Paul, MN to Macon, GA.

Obama 1995: 'Scapegoat' the 'Top 5%'.  In a newly-uncovered interview from the Hyde Park Citizen newspaper circa December 28, 1995, Barack Obama explains his philosophy on income inequality in the United States, especially in light of economic difficulties.

Why Is Observing Obama as a Marxist Verboten?  The recent release of a tape by Andrew Breitbart's outfit ... showed Obama, then at Harvard Law, orchestrating a protest on behalf of Derrick Bell.  Without providing any background on just how radical is Professor Bell, the compliant liberal media derisively dismissed it all as conservative paranoia, even proclaiming presidential vindication.  It still appears preposterous to purport that America elected a communist ideologue.  The world's greatest beneficiary of capitalist bounty would never willingly empower a radical socialist to "fundamentally transform America."  Unfortunately, we did, even if Americans loathe admitting it.  And this ought to have been obvious even before Mr. Breitbart's valiant efforts.

A radical Obama mobilizes the troops.  Last week I detailed my experiences of March 9, whereupon I commented on a videotape released by the late Andrew Breitbart's organization featuring Obama and professor Derrick Bell, yet another radical Obama mentor, and the significance of Obama having endorsed Bell, a proponent of Critical Race Theory.  A day prior, CNN's Soledad O'Brien had torpedoed her credibility when she chastised Breitbart.com's Joel Pollak for not understanding this august and revered paradigm (CRT).  Pollack subsequently shredded O'Brien after it became apparent that she'd probably not even heard of Critical Race Theory until that day.

Why Obama's radicalism matters:  Derrick Bell was a radical Marxist and racist with whom Barack Obama maintained a close relationship until the former's death just last year.  Concerning other questionable associates, from the racist Rev. Jeremiah Wright to domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, Obama has minimized these relationships, as well as their depth and length.  With the release of the Breitbart video, we have Obama personally advancing a radical and his teachings, and a verifiable, long-term connection.

Obama's War on Catholic Church Began at His First Job.  One of the least explored periods of Barack Obama's life is the period between his graduation from Columbia University in 1983 and his arrival at Harvard Law School in 1988.  This was a crucial, formative time for the young Obama.  It was during these years that Barack Obama, "community organizer," forged his identity and the relationships that would bring him to the White House.  And he did so hand-in-hand with the radical Catholic left in Chicago.

Obama's Lit Agency Used 'Born in Kenya' Bio Until 2007.  According to archive.org, a website that caches websites on a regular basis, the Dystel.com website — the official website for Dystel & Goderich, Obama's literary agents — was using the Barack Obama "born in Kenya" language until April 2007, just two months after then-Senator Obama declared his campaign for the presidency. [...] Obama had already been a national figure for three years, since the Democratic National Convention in 2004, by the time the biography was changed; he had been a sitting Senator for over two years.

Obama's Literary Agent in 1991 Booklet: 'Born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii'.  Breitbart News has obtained a promotional booklet produced in 1991 by Barack Obama's then-literary agency, Acton & Dystel, which touts Obama as "born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii."  The booklet, which was distributed to "business colleagues" in the publishing industry, includes a brief biography of Obama among the biographies of eighty-nine other authors represented by Acton & Dystel.  It also promotes Obama's anticipated first book, Journeys in Black and White — which Obama abandoned, later publishing Dreams from My Father instead.

ABC News is eager to help out with pro-Obama spin:
'Born in Kenya': Obama's literary agent misidentified his birthplace in 1991.  A possible source of the so-called "birther" issue — or at least a potential cause of the rumors that have dogged President Barack Obama — has been identified.  Obama's former literary agency misidentified his birthplace as Kenya while trying to promote the then-Harvard Law grad as an author in 1991.

Literary agency explanation raises more questions than it answers on Obama Kenya birth assertion.  Miriam Goderich, who was identified as the person who edited the text of the 1991 brochure listing Barack Obama as having been born in Kenya, has issued a statement that seeks to accept personal blame for the "mistake" but which only raises more questions. [...] One must ask who on earth other than the client himself, Barack Obama, would have had the data upon which to assert that Barack Obama was born in Kenya?  If that person was not Obama, then why would such person believe that Obama was born in Kenya?

Eternally shifting sands of Obama's biography.  It used to be a lot simpler.  As E.C. Bentley deftly summarized it in 1905:  "Geography is about maps.  But Biography is about chaps."  But that was then, and now Biography is also about maps.

Media Works To Suppress Obama 'Born in Kenya' Bio.  While the internet buzzed with Breitbart News' release of a booklet from President Obama's literary agency circa 1991 describing him as being "born in Kenya," the mainstream media still refuses to report the story, or plays defense for Obama.  Never mind that the agency used the "born in Kenya" biography until 2007.  Never mind that authors who have worked with the agency state that the agency asks that authors pen their own biographies.  Never mind that Obama has routinely padded his biographical details to appeal to particular audiences.

The Media Cofferdam Around Obama's Biography is Leaking.  The real significance of the Breitbart revelation that Obama's literary agency promoted him as a Kenya-born author in 1991 is that it demonstrates that up-and-comer Barack Obama was going around until at least 2004 claiming Kenyan birth as a way to make his biography more exotic and appealing.  There is no plausible explanation of how the literary agency came to believe Obama was born in Kenya, other than that Obama told that to his agency.  They could not make a mistake "fact checking" without an initial fact to check.  Only Obama could have supplied such information. [...] Critics who doubt the truthfulness of his assertions about his background are immediately accused of racism.

The Mystery of the Kenyan Birth.  There are only two forks in this road — either he was born in Kenya or he wasn't.  I have never been a conspiracy theorist and will assume the latter, although I have to confess that for the first time, given this revelation, I have the tiniest soupçon of doubt.  Nevertheless, the more interesting, and actually frightening and depressing, conclusion is the former.  So what if he was born in Kenya?  At least we know why he lied about it.  He wanted to be president.  But why did Obama's agents think he was born in Kenya?

Obama's literary agent says he was 'born in Kenya'. How did the mainstream media miss this?  Whatever you think of Breitbart.com's punishing vetting process, it has exposed just how little work the mainstream media did in investigating candidate Obama back in 2008.

A 'Fact Checking Error' — Again, and Again, and Again...  Miriam Goderich, who helped edit a 1991 booklet for Barack Obama's then-literary agency, Acton & Dystel, which erroneously stated that Obama had been born in Kenya, has issued a press release — first reported by her own client at Political Wire.

Was Obama Himself the First Birther?  How better to sound cool and exotic to Harvard's professors (many of whom likely share the same punitive liberal worldview of America that Obama has marinated in much of his life) than to claim you weren't born in America?

Is Obama a Pathological Liar?  In all likelihood, the president will say that he never saw the information from his literary agents claiming he was born in Kenya.  But as the author of 11 books, I can say that in EVERY instance that I have been published, I have seen such material in advance.  It could be that Obama is the exception, but that is highly unlikely.

Vetting Obama: Born in Kenya?  Roger L. Simon of PJTV was thinking what I was thinking — what does Deconstructing Obama author, Jack Cashill think of this new information?  Does it mean that the mainstream media will finally start vetting Obama?

A Literary Agent Screwed Up Obama's Bio For 18 Years. Really?  The media can spin this all day long, but Obama's literary agent listed him as BORN IN KENYA from 1991 to 2007.  Breitbart has the evidence and they are not backing down. [...] I've never seen a cover-up of this size in my lifetime.

Which Is It, Mr. President? Are You Kenyan Or Not?.  Now that this publication has surfaced, I wonder what the Obama campaign will do?  Finally, there is clear evidence that Obama was claiming to be Kenyan.  How are they going to spin this?

Barack Obama, the First Tea Partier.  It turns out that our fourth greatest president, first in so many things, may have been the first "teabagger" himself, as seen in the 1997 photograph [in this article].  Yes, that really is Barack Obama wearing a regimental coat and carrying a tricorn hat in his hand.  And that flag behind him really is a Gadsden flag, with its serpent and its "Don't Tread On Me" slogan.

Obama Decried 'Spread of Militarism,' Lauded Anti-Selective Service Group at Columbia.  In late 2008 — long after the election — the media revealed a long-forgotten article written by Barack Obama while at Columbia.  Obama wrote the March 1983 article, "Breaking the War Mentality," about two campus groups, Arms Race Alternatives (ARA) and Student Against Militarism (SAM).

Obama's 'Favorite Professor': Poor and Minorities Receive 'Little Benefit' from America.  "I had a wonderful political science class," Obama told YouTube's Steve Grove on January 27, 2011.  "It sparked my general interest in politics.  And he still teaches there and was just a wonderful, wonderful professor."  That professor was Roger Boesche.  Obama took two classes from Boesche — one on Nietzsche, the other on American history — and they apparently left quite an impression.  But Obama's "wonderful professor" had some rather odious views about the United States military, which contemporaneous accounts in the student newspaper of Occidental confirm.

Senator Barack Obama Attended Bill Ayers Barbecue, July 4, 2005.  As a presidential candidate in 2008, Barack Obama disavowed any connection with former domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, the Weather Underground radical who was one of Obama's early backers and his colleague on the board of the Woods Fund in Chicago.  We now have proof that Obama's association with Ayers continued even after Obama had been elected to represent Illinois in the U.S. Senate — in the form of a now-scrubbed blog post placing Obama at the home of Ayers and his wife, fellow radical Bernardine Dohrn, on July 4, 2005.

Who Warned Us About Brett Kimberlin?  This was important, and Andrew Breitbart understood why it was important:  The "TwitterGate" episode in October 2010 exposed Democrat operative Neal Rauhauser's role in an apparent conspiracy to harass Tea Party activists online.  Shortly thereafter, Mandy Nagy (aka "Liberty Chick") documented Brett Kimberlin heinous criminal history.  Kimberlin and his "Velvet Revolution" partner Brad Friedman teamed up to urge Maryland authorities to prosecute James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles.  At some point, according to Kimberlin, he became an "associate" of Rauhauser.

Convicted Bomber Brett Kimberlin, Neal Rauhauser, Ron Brynaert, and Their Campaign of Political Terrorism.  In the last radio interview Andrew Breitbart ever gave, on Hugh Hewitt's radio show, Breitbart talked about a new ruthless tactic used by thugs against political opponents:  ["][O]ne of the things they've done to people who have worked with me in the past, including an L.A. prosecutor, is to "SWAT."  That means that they're spoofing phones, pretending to be somebody else's phone, calling 911, and saying "I killed somebody" and then the person's home is met with the guns drawn, the SWAT and the helicopters, in a horrifying act.["]

The practice of using misinformed SWAT teams as weapons against political enemies would not be so attractive if the police were not in the habit of responding to anonymous tips with militaristic force.

What Would Breitbart Do?  Just before he died, Andrew called for a true vetting of President Obama, something that simply did not happen in 2008.  Though he did not live to see it, many people led the charge and dozens of important works, from Dinesh D'Souza's hit film 2016: Obama's America to David Maraniss's book "Barack Obama" did just that.  But unfortunately, something else also became more clear than ever before, the corrupt media that Breitbart often assailed had its thumbs on the scales and tipped the election in the President's favor.

Why I'm Enlisting In Andrew Breitbart's War:  Entitlements and government overspending gets worse every day while laws go unenforced and Americans are murdered in terrorist attacks.  Nobody in Washington seems to care.  The institutional left thrives in this declining environment.  Record numbers of people are on the government dole instead of being excited to work and succeed.  So-called "social justice" is implemented in place of real justice.  Kids across the country are fed "Occupy" propaganda in school after their teachers take away their home-made lunches in place of "cafeteria nuggets."

The spirit of Andrew Breitbart lives on.  With Breitbart's untimely demise came legions of fans who pledged to carry on his work.  Nowadays, Breitbart Media holds immense power over right-leaning America.  Beyond that, however, an entirely new crop of conservatives are set on remaking U.S. politics in their own image — even at the direct expense of the Republican Party.  Breitbart gave them the courage they needed to jump out from the shadows and into the spotlight.  This is a spectacular display of career-based immortality.  Breitbart is very much alive; at least in spirit.

Andrew Breitbart Vindicated by Brock's CREW Takeover.  Reports that David Brock, founder of Media Matters for America, is now taking over Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) and incorporating it into his illiberal empire would have come as no surprise to Andrew Breitbart.  Brock, whose Media Matters outfit has marginalized itself as it moved from correcting to censoring conservative media, no doubt has designs on framing the 2016 election for Hillary Clinton's benefit.  Andrew Breitbart would have noted something else — namely, confirmation of CREW's partisan nature.  Though it is described as a "leading watchdog group" by Politico's Ken Vogel, in fact CREW has often operated as a front for the Democratic Party.

Breitbart News says IRS targeted company for audit.  The company that runs the conservative Breitbart.com news site says the IRS has selected the network for an audit, in a move company executives suggest is politically motivated.  Breitbart News Network, a California-based company which runs several conservative websites, says the IRS recently audited its 2012 financial information.  "The Obama administration's timing on this is exquisite, but try as they might through various methods to silence us, we will only get more emboldened," Stephen K. Bannon, executive chairman of Breitbart News Network, said in a written statement.

Kellogg Pulls Advertising from Breitbart.  Cereal brand Kellogg announced today in a statement that they're no longer advertising on Breitbart.  Breitbart has received a lot of attention recently over former chief Steve Bannon's White House appointment, leading to lots of discussion about Breitbart's audience and content (particularly the concerns about the "alt-right").  Kellogg sent the following statement to Bloomberg:  "We regularly work with our media-buying partners to ensure our ads do not appear on sites that aren't aligned with our values as a company. [...]"

Boycott Frosted Flakes!  Liberal bullies are trying to pressure advertisers into boycotting Breitbart.com, one of the most popular conservative sites on the internet. [...] Most CEOs of large companies are liberals, as are nearly all PR employees of such companies.  So this kind of response comes naturally.  The AP helpfully explains:  ["]Breitbart has been condemned for featuring racist, sexist and anti-Semitic content.["]  Really?  Condemned by whom?  For what?  The AP ritually recites these allegations against the site without citing any evidence whatsoever.  The claims are false, if not ridiculous.  But readers who rely on America's daily newspapers won't know this.

Kelloggs: Breakfast Brand Blacklists Breitbart, Declares Hate for 45,000,000 Readers.  Kellogg Co. announced on Tuesday [11/29/2016] its decision to pull ads from conservative media giant Breitbart.com because its 45,000,000 monthly conservative readers are not "aligned with our values as a company."  In response, Breitbart News, one of the world's top news publishers, has launched a #DumpKelloggs petition and called for a boycott of the ubiquitous food manufacturer.

Kellogg Foundation Gave Big to Soros Organization, Tides Foundation.  The institutional left's funding behemoth W.K. Kellogg Foundation has partnered with and given major donations to George Soros's Open Society Institute and the Tides Center as part of its massive push to promote a far-left agenda.  The W.K. Kellogg Foundation is the nonprofit arm of cereal and sweets giant Kellogg's, based in Battle Creek, Michigan.  The Kellogg Company is chiefly known for its breakfast brands, including Special K™ cereal, Eggo® waffles, and Pop-Tarts®; but its namesake nonprofit W.K. Kellogg Foundation is one of the largest institutional funders in the world and is the seventh largest philanthropic foundation in the United States.

Kellogg's Stock Drops Another 1.44% at End of Thursday Trading.  Kellogg's shares dropped 1.44% on Thursday [12/1/2016], the day after accusations of child labor exploitation and the launch of Breitbart News' #DumpKelloggs campaign brought the snack company's value down 2%.

Kellogg Foundation Provided Nearly $1 Million to Support Black Lives Matter.  The W.K. Kellogg Foundation, which maintains strong financial ties to the Kellogg Company, has provided at least $930,000 in support of the controversial work of the Black Lives Matter organization.  The financing is listed on the Foundation's website.  It includes a June 1, 2016 grant to the International Development Exchange, which is in a contractual relationship with Black Lives Matter to process donations for the group.

The Anti-Breitbart Blacklist.  Someone behind an anonymous Twitter account is trying to destroy the influential conservative Breitbart News website by smearing it as "racist" — and he's already scared at least 47 advertisers away from Breitbart.  In the current atmosphere of left-wing hysteria over the surprise election of Donald Trump as president, this blacklisting project has already earned an impressive return on investment.  Breitbart is a target of the wrath of social justice warriors because it reports the truth about the Left and it used to be run by Stephen Bannon, now slated to become chief strategist in the Trump White House.

German companies pull ads from Breitbart.  Telecommunications giant Deutsche Telekom and several other German firms have stopped advertising on the US media outlet Breitbart.  A similar snub by Kellogg's had sparked a furious response from the right-wing site.  The carmaker BMW, the restaurant chain Vapiano, the supermarket chain Rewe, and Deutsche Telekom have all pulled their ads from the pro-Trump news site due to concerns about its content, the Associated Press reported on Wednesday [11/7/2016].

Washington Times Top 10 Fake News Stories: #9 'Bannon White Supremacist'.  Kelly Riddell writes in the Washington Times that "since 'fake news' is all the rage within the mainstream media," she has comprises a Top 10 list of news stories reported on by the mainstream media "that turned out to be, well, fake."  Number 9 on the list is the media's false reporting that Steve Bannon, former Breitbart Executive Chairman and current chief strategist to Donald Trump, is a "white supremacist."

'Cereal Killer': WSJ Hails Kellogg's Fight a Win for Breitbart.  The Wall Street Journal concludes that Kellogg's politically-driven decision to pick a food fight with Breitbart has bruised its brand.  "There's a cereal killer on the loose," the Journal reports, referring to Breitbart News' #DumpKelloggs petition, which has reached north of 400,000 signatures since it launched last month.

The left's relentless war against Bannon, Breitbart and real journalism.  Since Trump's election, I have been indulging in watching the YouTube videos of the mainstream media's hysterical erroneous predictions for Hillary's ascendance to the WH.  I also came across numerous critiques for Trump's transition team, in particular his choice of Steve Bannon as chief strategist.  Bannon has been accused of anti-Semitism, white supremacy and misogynism based on the articles published on Breitbart when he was its executive chair.  After watching CNN's Don Lemon interview with Brietbart's Joel Pollack, I finally understood why the left is obsessed with Bannon and Breitbart.  They haven't a clue about what real journalism is.

AdWeek: #DumpKelloggs Boycott Has Blown a Lasting Hole in Kellogg's on Social Media.  Adweek reports that Kellogg's decision to pull its advertising from Breitbart News inflicted massive, longterm damage to the cereal company's brand online.  Citing data from Taykey, a social media analytics firm, Adweek notes that "while negative sentiment for New Balance and Pepsi has died down over the past month, Kellogg's is facing a more sustained backlash after pulling its advertising" from Breitbart News.

Lying Leftists Organize Anti-Breitbart Blacklist to Scare Advertisers, And So Far It's Working.  A group of hateful lefties who are hiding behind anonymous Twitter names have organized a boycott of advertisers whose ads have been appearing regularly on Breitbart News.  Unfortunately, the boycott is working causing at least 47 of these companies to flee the conservative powerhouse.  The small group of liberals organizing the boycott is going by the name "Sleeping Giants," and is using the racist black power fist symbol as a logo for their effort.

Breitbart News #45 Most Trafficked U.S. Website.  Breitbart News is the #45th most trafficked website in the United Sates, according to rankings from Amazon's analytics company, Alexa.com.  With over two billion pageviews generated in 2016 and 45 million unique monthly visitors, Breitbart News has now surpassed Fox News (#47), Huffington Post (#50), Washington Post (#53), and Buzzfeed (#64) in traffic.

Kellogg's to Shutter 39 Distribution Centers as Layoffs Loom.  [Scroll down]  Kellogg's stock saw a decline and its brand perception online took a deep negative nosedive last year following the cereal maker's politically-driven attack on Breitbart News and its 45 million monthly readers.  The company complied with demands from obscure left-wing advocacy groups, who pushed a social media campaign to coerce companies away from advertising on Breitbart.  [Company spokesperson Kris] Charles said Breitbart News and its tens of millions of readers "aren't aligned with" the cereal maker's "values as a company."

Teamsters' President Jim Hoffa:  Kellogg's Has Turned Its Back on Working Families.  Jim Hoffa, president of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, says his organization will "fight" Kellogg's decision to shift from direct delivery of its foods to stores, a move that will result in the firing of more than 1,100 full-time workers at Kellogg's facilities across the country.  "On February 8, The Kellogg Company announced its short-sighted plan to eliminate their U.S. (Keebler) snacks direct store delivery system across the country which will destroy nearly 1,200 good, Teamster jobs in key markets across the country," Hoffa said in press statement.

The Real Diversity Problem.  [Scroll down]  After Kellogg pulled its ads from Breitbart in November because it wasn't in line with the cereal maker's "values," Breitbart mounted a boycott, which Kellogg said had no impact, although its stock price underperformed its main competitors for months after.  Plus, weeks after pulling its ads, Amnesty International released a report saying that Kellogg, along with other food companies, had been getting palm oil from plantations "where there are severe labor rights abuses," such as the use of child labor.  Values, anyone?  Corporate executives would do well to remember that — like tic-tac-toe and global thermonuclear war — the only way to win at the political appeasement game is not to play at all.

Kellogg to lay off more than 200 Twin Cities workers.  Kellogg Co. is laying off more than 200 Twin Cities-based workers, the company told the state of Minnesota.  The cuts are part of a larger national cost-cutting initiative that the maker of Raisin Bran announced in February, said Joe Lierz, Kellogg's director of labor relations.

Damon Weaver, kid reporter who interviewed Obama at White House, dead at 23.  The student reporter who gained national acclaim when he interviewed President Barack Obama at the White House in 2009 has died of natural causes, his family says.  Damon Weaver was 23 when he died May 1, his sister, Candace Hardy, told the Palm Beach Post.  Further details were not released.  He had been studying communications at Albany State University in Georgia.  Weaver was 11 when he interviewed Obama for 10 minutes in the Diplomatic Room on Aug. 13, 2009, asking questions that focused primarily on education.  He covered school lunches, bullying, conflict resolution, and how to succeed.

Suspicious Death of DHS Whistleblower Philip Haney Ruled a Suicide.  Phil Haney exposed the Obama administration for purging records related to the Muslim Brotherhood.  Three months before his death, Haney sent a text to the Washington Examiner about his book "National Security Meltdown", which was to be published in Spring of 2020, as a sequel to his book "See Something, Say Nothing,["] which was published in May of 2016.  Haney was found dead outside of his vehicle with a gunshot wound to his chest on February 21, 2020.  Numerous friends and family of the deceased have stated that Haney, a devout Christian, stressed that he would never take his own life.

Who Killed Philip Haney?  In Amador County, California, on February 21, Philip Haney, author of See Something Say Nothing:  A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government's Submission to Jihad, was found dead from a single gunshot wound.  News reports suggested suicide but the local sheriff found "this is not the case."  The death of Haney, 66, was a homicide, the unlawful killing of one person by another.  The Amador County sheriff had no suspects but did find some clues.  Deputies recovered "numerous thumb drives and a laptop" from the crime scene, and "those items and numerous other pieces of evidence, were turned over to the FBI."  The sheriff "hopes to complete our review of the reports and compare the FBI's analysis with what we have already collected and analyzed within a few weeks after receipt."  That was on July 22, and a week after the November 3 election, nearly eight months after the homicide, the FBI "analysis" has not come to light.

[...] As Delgado lived in proximity to the site of Haney's murder, he could have been the agent investigating it.

Phil Haney:  My Friend and Colleague, Assassinated.  None of it adds up.  I and countless others sent a blizzard of inquiries to the Amador County Sheriff's Department in the days following his death, both to seek details and lodge our objection to the "self-inflicted" characterization of Phil's cause of death.  The sheriff is now walking back that initial assessment, claiming that "misinformation" was responsible for claims that Phil committed suicide.  The initial announcement did state the qualifier "apparent" and added that an investigation was ongoing.  The sheriff now says the FBI has been called in, has detailed more aspects of the investigation, and clarified that it has not determined how he died.  But media outlets quickly concluded that this was a case of suicide and said little, if anything, else about the explosive charges Haney had leveled against the Obama administration's deliberate efforts to shield U.S.-based Islamic terrorists from discovery.  Nothing to see here...move along now.  This perfunctory characterization itself reflects the Deep State effort to discredit anyone critical of Democrats.  So Haney made allegations; now he committed suicide.  That decides it.  End of story.

Sheriff's office says Philip Haney's death NOT ruled a suicide.  When reports started coming out surrounding Philip Haney's death, people ranging from conspiracy theorists to members of the United States House of Representatives cried foul.  Friends of Haney said there's no way he would have killed himself, and the fact his body was found on the side of the road with a "self-inflicted" gunshot wound to the chest had plenty of people scratching their heads. [...] Now, the Amador County Sheriff's Office is walking back claims which initially came from them that Haney's death was ruled a suicide.

Odd Reversal — California Sheriff Now Says No Conclusion of Suicide in Mysterious Death of DHS Whistle-blower.  The Armador County Sheriff's department now appears to be walking back their initial claim of suicide in the death of DHS Whistle-blower Phillip Haney.  In addition to the announcement the sheriff's office has requested assistance from the FBI.

Good-Bye, Amigo, and Rest in Peace, Patriot.  While I do not question the competence of the Amador County, California sheriff's office, Phil had earned the wrath of both the Deep State and Islamists across this country with the revelations about how his work in identifying Islamic terrorists had been obliterated on the orders of the Obama administration.  As one of the founders of the Department of Homeland Security, and as a brilliant officer and analyst at the Customs and Border Protection service, Phil was credited with identifying 300 terror suspects.  Phil's incredible abilities at suspect interrogation, document exploitation and pattern recognition analysis had made him an indispensable intelligence expert working on countering the threat to our homeland from political and militant Islam.  His knowledge of both the practice and history of Islam was encyclopedic.  Yet the reward for his service was to have the Obama administration order him in 2009 to delete 850 pages of database records about potential Islamic terrorists that he had spent many years developing in what Phil referred to as "the First Great Purge."

Obama Administration Whistleblower, Shot to DeathLaw Enforcement Today (LET) has learned that Philip Haney, a one-time DHS whistleblower who was repeatedly dismissed by Democratic lawmakers and officials inside the Obama Administration as well as their affiliate, the mainstream media, is dead.  Haney retired from the DHS in 2018 after fifteen years of service.  He has appeared on both the Megan Kelly and the Sean Hannity shows.  Haney's job involved searching for individuals with links to terrorist groups.  In a 2016 interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity, he explains that on two occasions, his carefully prepared files had been "purged."  He also believes that, if the Obama Administration had maintained this database, several mass shootings, including the December 2015 Orlando, FL nightclub massacre and the June 2016 San Bernardino, CA mass shooting could have been prevented.  Although he had retired, he remained active professionally.  Friends told LET that Haney was planning to go back on the road in advance of the election.

Ex-inspector general fired by Obama over 2009 Americorps probe dies at 84.  Gerald Walpin, a former inspector general for the federal AmeriCorps program who was fired by President Barack Obama over his handling of an investigation into a California mayor and Obama supporter, has died.

Gerald Walpin, inspector general fired by Obama, dies.  Gerald Walpin, the inspector general who was at the center of controversy in 2009 when he was fired by the White House amid an investigation of an Obama friend, died today.  He was 84.  Walpin's son-in-law, Allan Tananbaum, said Walpin was struck by a car while crossing a street in Manhattan.  Walpin was fired in June 2009 for his investigation of the misuse of money in AmeriCorps, the service organization that was part of the Corporation for National and Community Service, where Walpin served as inspector general.  The investigation focused on Kevin Johnson, the former NBA star who became mayor of Sacramento, Calif., and was a prominent Obama supporter.

Michael Hastings.  Hastings became a vocal critic of the surveillance state during the investigation of reporters by the U.S. Department of Justice in 2013, referring to the restrictions on the freedom of the press by the Obama administration as a "war" on journalism.

Accidental death or something more?  I initially heard about her death late last week, but the accounts appeared fairly straightforward, except that Jenny Gallagher-Pinson happened to be one of the key trauma nurses on duty at the University of Colorado Hospital where the victims from the July 20, 2012 movie theater shooting were taken.  She treated many of the victims of the shooting during those early morning hours.  After further research as a result of Mr. Taylor's findings, however, the circumstances surrounding her death appear to be anything but straightforward.

Body of missing FBI agent found behind Burbank church.  A body found behind a church in Burbank, Calif. is that of missing FBI agent Stephen Ivens, police said on Tuesday [8/31/2012].  Police found the body of the 35-year-old agent, who has been missing since early May.

Barack Hussein Soebarkah?  One of the unexplained mysteries in the scanty documentation of the early life of the 44th President of the United States is the appearance of the name Soebarkah as his last name on an official document filled out by his mother. [...] Clearly, just what constitutes "a satisfactory explanation" varies with respect to persons, subject matter, context, and so forth.  And yet, there is a very good — and simple — explanation for the seemingly random appearance of the sobriquet "Soebarkah" on Mother Soetoro's passport application.  Believe it or not, the reason may be linked to one Loretta Fuddy.  Yes, that Loretta Fuddy — the Hawaii state health director who approved the release of Obama's long-form birth certificate and who has apparently succumbed to a nasty case of post random plane crash induced arrhythmia.

Obamacare Takes a Life.  Yesterday [3/31/2014] the Obama Administration boasted that six million people had signed up for Obamacare.  There was not a word about Frank Alfisi.  Frank Alfisi was killed by Obamacare.  His daughter, Amy DiFrancesca, is furious.  And yes, she quite specifically blames the President of the United States for her father's death.  As did the doctor who told Amy:  "You can thank Mr. Obama for this."

Former White House chef Walter Scheib found dead in New Mexico.  Former White House head chef Walter Scheib, who was reported missing in New Mexico's Sangre de Cristo Mountains last week, was found dead late Sunday night after six days of searching by state police.

Former White House Executive Chef Walter Scheib found dead in New Mexico.  Walter Scheib, the former White House executive chef who had been missing for over a week, was found dead Sunday [6/21/2015] in New Mexico.  He was 61.  The Taos News reported that Scheib's body was found in a river approximately 20 to 30 feet off a hiking trail in the mountains above the Taos Ski Valley.  The New Mexico State Police said the spot where the body was found was approximately 1.7 miles from the Yerba Canyon trail head where Scheib's car was located.  Authorities said that they did not believe Scheib had not informed anyone of his hiking plans and was not believed to have been prepared for more than a day outdoors.

These Murders Tied To Obama?  [Scroll down]  Once again, you're not going to get peer-reviewed studies, videotape, or signed affidavits here.  But the coincidences or confluence of events tend to dispel the idea that these are wild accusations.  In fact, they're not accusations at all; they're theories.  There is an entire true crime novel in the case of the Trinity United Church murders, two gay men known to Obama who were killed execution-style in 2007 at a time when charges of homosexuality and drug use were being leveled at the candidate.  Years later, as reported in WND, an entire network of closeted professional gay black men at the Chicago church was exposed.  Ancillary to the question of Obama's eligibility, there was the case of Leiutenant Quarles Harris Jr. (not a military officer; he just had a weird name), a hustler who was also killed execution-style on April 18, 2008, during an investigation into the theft of the passport records of candidate Obama, Sen.  John McCain and Sen.  Hillary Clinton.

Obama's Passport Breach:  Unanswered Questions, and an Unsolved Murder.  Back in March 2008, the State Department launched an investigation of improper computer access to the passport records of Barack Hussein Obama, and days later those of Hillary Clinton and John McCain.  The investigation centered on one employee:  a contract worker for a company that was headed by John O. Brennan, a key Obama campaign adviser who later became assistant to the president and deputy national security adviser for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism.  Then, a month later, the key witness in this case was murdered.  Leiutenant (sic) Quarles Harris, Jr., 24, was shot in the head in his car, in front of his church.  During the 2008 presidential election, I ran a number of stories at my website, AtlasShrugs.com, on the breach of Obama's passport.  Fast-forward to four years later, and there is no new information.  Why is this murder case not being pursued?  Who at the State Department is covering up Obama's passport breach?  Lt.  Harris told federal investigators before he was murdered that he received "passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State."  What became of the "co-conspirator"?  Why wasn't he/she brought to trial?

Obama:  Where have all his records gone?  [Scroll down]  According to March 2008 reports, State Department employees conducted an unauthorized search of Obama's passport files during the recent presidential campaign.  CNN reported that three different contract workers accessed his information on separate occasions — Jan. 9, Feb. 21 and March 14 — without authorization.  Two workers were fired and another faced discipline.  Obama's files reportedly contained copies of passport applications, birth date, basic biographical information, records of passport renewal and possibly citizenship information.  The Obama campaign demanded a thorough investigation to determine which employees looked at the file and why.  "This is an outrageous breach of security and privacy, even from an administration that has shown little regard for either over the last eight years," Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton told CNN in a statement.  "Our government's duty is to protect the private information of the American people, not use it for political purposes."  Meanwhile, a key witness who had been cooperating with federal investigators was later found fatally shot in front of a Washington, D.C., church.  A police officer found the body of Lt.  Quarles Harris Jr., 24, slumped dead inside his car.  At the time, investigators said they didn't have any information connecting the murder to the passport case.  After one year of investigation of the homicide, there have been no arrests.

Mom of Murdered Obama Gay Lover Speaks Up.  In late May [2010], Wash.  DC-based investigative journalist Wayne Madsen had a bombshell revelation about Obama's membership in a Chicago gay club, Man's Country.  Madsen also reported on Obama's sexual relationships with other men, including named D.C. politicians and Donald Young, the openly-gay choir-director of the church in Chicago of which Obama was a member for some 20 years — Jeremiah Wright's Trinity United Church of  Christ  black liberation theology.  Obama's relationship with Young was confirmed by Larry Sinclair, who claims to have had two sex-cocaine trysts with Obama.

Does Obama's Troubled Childhood Explain His Bathroom Weirdness?  The important point is that the young Barry Soetoro lived with father figures who were consumed with racial hatred.  When he briefly encountered his biological father in person and read his socialist writings, he was ready to idealize the image of Obama Sr.  In fact, Obama Sr. joined the post-revolutionary regime of Jyomo Kenyatta, was soon expelled, apparently became alcoholic, and died under suspicious circumstances after two nearly identical car accidents.

Ted Cruz: DC Madame's Records Will Be Released.  Ms.  Palfrey was found hanged in her mother's shed.  Her death ruled a suicide despite the fact that she had publicly stated she would never kill herself.  Deborah Jeane Palfrey was murdered.  Of that I have no doubt.  She played a very risky game in a town drowning in filth, corruption and yes, murder when it threatens those who carry out the agenda of the Masters of the Game, global world elites.  Evil in human form most Americans simply cannot acknowledge because to do so would crumble their security blanket and bring them into a stark reality they can't handle.  At the time, Ms.  Palfrey was represented by an attorney named Montgomery Blair Sibley.  It was after that crime was pushed under the rug I became aware of Montgomery in his efforts to expose the criminal impostor in the White House for usurping the office of president of these united States of America.

The FBI Should Be Renamed The FBAM.  Waco, Texas was an assault on and murder of people who had done no harm nor posed any threat to anything but government tyranny.  Clinton sent in heavily armed SS troops to Waco, Texas to murder nearly 100 people, mostly women and children, even using an armored vehicle, more precisely, an Abrams tank, to attack a shanty occupied by a Christian cult that posed no threat to anyone.  Then he sicced his attack dogs on the Weaver family at Ruby Ridge, Idaho, murdering a child and a woman armed only with an infant, all to prove that the federal government answers not to God, the Constitution, or We the People, but only to a lust for absolute power and murder of citizens.  Now we have seen the murder of Robert Lavoy Finicum in Burns, Oregon, likely on orders from fuhrer obama, because he helped organize a protest against the unlawful seizure of private property by the tyrannical bureaucrats of the Bureau of Land Management, a gang of thugs who also answer only to a lust for power.

The Age of Mafia Government.  The mafia protects itself with codes of silence, both as an expression of machismo-style loyalty and because people who talk end up under a bus.  The Obama administration — or its enablers — has apparently gone high-tech with this idea:  Who scrubbed Lois Lerner's email server?  It's utterly ridiculous that in an era where everyone's naked pictures and address can be found online, two years of what surely are thousands of government employee emails can "go missing."  Let's not forget, either, Lerner's fifth-pleading stonewall of Congress, or that every congressional hearing or investigation into any unseemly events is met at every turn with refusals to provide documents, witnesses, or answers.  And where are the classic second-term interviews with "a former high-ranking official within the Obama administration" breaking silence to air dirty laundry, make a few revelations, and settle a few scores?  Is everyone afraid of what will happen if he or she exhibits an independent mind (albeit after the fact)?

The Real Obama: An Indonesian, Muslim, Socialist Puppet.  When it comes to politics and Obama's past, there are no such things as "coincidences."  [Jason] Kissner shows links between Obama's "mother" Stanly Ann Dunham to a certain Subud spiritual cult and also documents the verifiable link between the Subud cult and one Loretta Fuddy.  Fuddy, you will remember, was the woman who had been appointed in January, 2011, to head the agency in Hawaii that "verified" Obama's birth certificate — the one he finally, after years of questions, displayed to the world in March of 2011.  Fuddy also was the lone non-survivor of a small plane crash off the coast of Hawaii just a couple of months ago.

Heart Attack Gun Developed by the CIA.  This clip from the documentary Secrets of the CIA with retired CIA employee Mary Embree shows that the CIA developed a poison dart gun.  This gun was designed to murder people in an undetectable manner.  The gun shoots a small poison dart that penetrates the skin leaving a mark smaller than a needle mark.  The poison is undetectable in the body and makes it look as though the person has had a heart attack.

Mysterious Death of Obama Critic and Reporter on Bin Laden's Death and Ferguson Labeled Suicide.  Call me a conspiracy theorist, but when I heard about Di-Natale's death, the first thing that popped into my mind was this:  Who killed him?  It isn't that far-fetched to suspect foul play when a journalist who covered controversial stories suddenly dies.  I can think of two notable examples immediately.  One is Andrew Breitbart, who, at age 43 (the same age as Di-Natale) collapsed and died on the street in front of his house on March 1, 2012 — just hours before he was set to release damning video footage that could have destroyed Barack Obama's 2012 re-election campaign.  And then there's the disturbing case of Michael Hastings, a journalist who died in a mysterious car crash on June 18, 2013.

Orson Bean, 91, actor and game-show panelist, struck and killed by vehicle in LA: reports.  Orson Bean, a veteran actor known in the 1950s and 1960s for appearances on "The Twilight Zone" and other shows, then later as a panelist on TV game shows such as "To Tell the Truth," died Friday night [2/7/2020] in Los Angeles, according to reports.  He was 91. Bean was reportedly struck by a vehicle while crossing a street in the city's beachfront neighborhood of Venice, FOX 11 of Los Angeles reported.  He was pronounced dead at the scene, Officer Tony Im of the Los Angeles Police Department told the station.
